This is the second time this year that I have placed an order of a floral product from McShan. It was sent to my sister in the hospital, Presbyterian on Walnut Hill Lane. I am, once again, disappointed. I've done business with McShan for many years. But- this decorated Norfolk Island Pine, while it has lovely red bows and ornaments, the tree itself is deficient in shape & not pleasing to the eye- as far as what I can see in the photo you emailed. I think I'll need to rethink any future purchases.

I have been a customer of McShan Florist it seems forever because you bill me. I have never been disappointed in anything you have done in the past. THIS is no McShan quality of work.
