Sales accociate who took my order was excellent, very efficient. However, the arrangement on your website had two butterflies, which I loved and thought the recipient would love as well, but the one delivered had none. Disappointed.

Beautiful arrangement, excellent quick service and thank you for the photo updates. Only thing I wish had been handled differently was that the flowers had not been left on the door step. I would have preferred for them to have been hand delivered to her considering her age. She may have not been able to bend & lift them off the front porch.

This was not the plant I ordered. Definitely, this was not the online plant.

they look nice I thought from the verbal description it was bigger.

I requested the red roses be replaced with pink since this is going to a breast cancer patient.

The arrangement was very nice, however, I feel it was a bit pricey for what I got. I even upgraded to the "best" option. I wonder what the basic option would have looked like? I wanted to send something special to my daughter for the birth of my granddaughter. Just seemed a little much, ($ 14.00 delivery from Garland road to Gaston ??) and may cause me to rethink another option next time. Been a long time customer (50yrs)

The planter was nicely arranged and my sister-in-law loved the hummingbird. However I could not see any appreciable difference between the premium planter I ordered ($65) and the standard ($55) pictured on the website. That was disappointing. Kudos for being the first one to arrive after my brother's passing.

The flowers were beautifully arranged. However, I could not see any difference between the arrangement that was delivered (supposed to be premium $105) and the standard pictured on the website ($75). That disappointed me. I did appreciate the photo because it helped me look for it once it was finally delivered.

The flower was good but even though I ordered three flowers only two got delivered on time the third one came late and also the banners came late

I wish that I would have got a picture before the delivery!!!! And not the day of the delivery. It's nice could have got something to put on the ribbon because it looks so plain.

Love the combination of roses, hydrangea, and succulents. Not thrilled with the long and skimpy eucalyptuses. I think your designer could have done a bit better job with this one.

I felt that this is one time that the arrangement did not meet up to the photo or your standards. I am a long time customer and was disappointed in this arrangement.

Beautiful arrangement, but the roses look pink instead of purple and the orchids looks like they are white instead of purple.

I would have preferred a more elegant presentation.. Thanks for sending pic.

I like getting a photo of my order, but I would have liked a yellow, or white bow since the occasion is sympathy. I would have liked it better without the wooden stick in the middle.

The plant looks good in photo. Was not at service to get live visual. Smaller than I envisioned but okay.

Hi I like getting a photo I feel the greenery amount is too heavy for the bouquet, a little less.

The flowers ,although pretty, were too heavy for the vase. It tipped over and the water spilled. Like I said ,the flowers were pretty.

I liked the arrangements, but they were already somewhat wilted by the time they arrived. And unfortunately they arrived a half hour late. I had to chase down the delivery in the middle of setting up for the party, which was quite inconvenient.

I thought it would look better and fuller.

Pretty but nothing close to what I expected.

Flowers look great. Having the hardest time to get through to an actual person to help with the order and questions. Was left on hold twice for more than 20 minutes yesterday 9/20/21. (at 9:20am and at 12:30). I attempted again at 4:40pm to see if maybe I could get someone. I was left on hold until 5pm in which I attempted to call again on another line (while I was still on hold on our other line) and it stated yall were closed. Hope this gets better.

This is nice, but it was much prettier online. I'm happy with the fast service.
