I am not very pleased with this picture of what I ordered. The picture on your website looks a lot larger and fuller. I also was expecting to see a pink bow instead of red. I have always been extremely happy with every order I have placed with McShans. I hoping this picture does not do the arrangement justices. I do like getting pictures of my order

It isn't as pretty as the one pictured in the order guide. I'm disappointed the on advertised was much fuller.

Two dead leaves, unattractive pot, and cheap looking bow. Sad. Not worth $75.00.

Loved getting photo. Wanted brighter colors like ones in consuelo photo on line to send cheery get well wish. Pink, yellow, white, etc.

Don't like the orange flowers. They seem to clash with the other colors.

I am not a fan of carnations, Plus it looks like it is about to fall. Secondly. if carnations were going to be used, I would have preferred another color.

I don't think the eucalyptus and the orchid are fitting for the more country variety arrangement

I attended the funeral and saw the plant and it was okay. However, I've seen you send out nicer plants in the past.

I wanted extra Baby's Breath with the pink carnations but McShan Florist Was Out Of Baby's Breath!!! Sooo Disappointed!!! Sooo glad they sent a picture of the flowers.They told me they was going to add more flowers to replace the Baby's Breath. I don't see any extra flowers.

That is a terrible vase. The actual one in the picture online is what i expected.

I enjoyed receiving a picture of my finished arrangement however, I did have an issue of the choice of flowers used in regards to the yellow,orange fall looking ones inserted into the arrangement. I do understand that when I placed the order due to shortages of certain flowers others would be substituted. I just think these two were not a good choice. If the service was in the fall, yes but, not in this case. That is the only reason for the 3star rating.

Hopefully it's a bad picture b/c it's lacking greenery and the vase is different than shown. My family has used y'all so much in the past and have had wonderful experiences. Again, hopefully it's just a bad picture.

This arrangement does not look like the arrangement on the Web page. Ordered deluxe size, but this photo does not look like the one I ordered. Much less pink flowers. Flowers were to be delivered on 6-22-21, but as of 7:15 p.m. the recipient had not received the flowers.

I am not happy with the purple roses. They look healthy but, I would rather have a wild flower type of flower in the bouquet. I would also like a mixed look of red and purple flowers instead of one side being purple & one side red. I like getting a photo of the bouquet.

I specifically asked for the small arrangement to have bright and "happy" flowers. I suppose at this point the current arrangement will have to do. It's nice but not what I asked for.

It's not as pretty as the picture on the website. It looks messy. Not the usual good quality for McShan.

$155 arraignment and you add Carnations? That's terrible.

It was a bit different from the picture on the website and it was not mentioned that there would be some differences. It's fine; however some of the changes did change the sentimental meaning and it would have been nice to know. Really like getting

Hummm, the one picture has more than one orquid, if I remember correctly 2 if not 3. The green looks about the same. I like the fact that you guys send a photo of the actual arrangement sent. But also it does not have the same number of flowers.

Not quite like the picture I ordered the bow is not as full.

I expected more flowers for the price that we paid. Not pleased at all.
