Disappointed for the first time in 30 years of doing business with McShan. The arrangement in this picture is significantly different from the on displayed on the order page. I also paid $5 for a before noon deliver and they just now arrived at 1:50pm. I

Plant is beautiful but the balloons are wrong. I asked you all to send 2 latex balloons with a colorful bow to Annie Jones for Mother's Day. I have tried calling office several times this morning to get it changed

In between the two pink carnations, can you fill that it or pull them closer together. Looks like there is a gap? Is this the deluxe?

I had asked for an arrangement in green & white with white Hydrangeas & perhaps Bells of Ireland for an elegant look. It's nice, bu I don't consider Gerbera Daisies to be elegant & the only Hydrangeas I see are dark green. I guess one must come in person

This looks small for a $125+ arrangement. I had anticipated a large basket with several plants and several blooming flowers.

The image of the bouquet on the website had some color in it. This bouquet looks very anemic with all white flowers.

The flowers were nice, just not as nice as previous ones. And for whatever reason, someone called the recipient and told her the flowers were there. That wasn't supposed to happen. So needless to say, she was not surprised.

Flowers are okay I got a standard one only came with 10 flowers but I didn't know I disliked that it didn't have any options for me to choose the type of balloon, I did not like the one that they sent.

I only wanted one dozen pink roses. NO LILYS. Also, some of the roses are open too much - they won't last very long. I expected the picture on your website.

Great arrangement. Only upgrade... The plant didn't arrive with the card. Had to mention to recipient. That's awkward. Takes from the gesture. :(
