Not happy with pink roses for a man's funeral. White, yellow, or any other color would have been a more suitable substitution.

I choose arrangements by the pictures you have on line. I chose the Rosa Bouquet because it looked bright and colorful and this one looks dark an plain. It is also missing the long twigs shown on line and the yellow-green leaves. This one just looks too

Looks like 3 plants. Hard to differentiate between them. Would like to know see a small palm tree, and possibly as small ivy as well. They aren't expensive, and I've seen them in other mixed baskets that I have recently sent.

The plant doesn't look that healthy or have any blooms so I'm a bit disappointed in that. I have used McShan exclusively for 40 years and am used to great quality from you!

Normally, your flowers are perfect when they make it to their destination, but this time they were pretty beat up. One rose stem broken, one lily stem broken and most of the roses were already open. I was not impressed.

I wanted to send two dozen roses and McShan should have had a record of what I ordered the last year, but instead only sent one dozen roses. Also, did not give me a delivery time and the driver hand to wait over twenty minutes to deliver the roses. The

Ordered fern, baby's breath and a bow. This has eucalyptus and purple flowers, no bow.
