Only one item received at the initial delivery. Today, the vase fell apart and a replacement will be delivered tomorrow.

Honestly I expected it to be a bit bigger after receiving the picture. The picture on the website is a little deceiving and looks much bigger than the actual arrangement.

Love the picture to let me see what was sent since I did an upgrade. However, I was assured the roses would be yellow and they don't look yellow in the picture.

Flowers were ordered for a Birthday and requested to be delivered by noon. Was told that it would not be problem. Flowers did not arrive until almost 5PM.

Did not view spray personally but in the photo did not see flowers I had requested (hydrangeas, lilies). Disappointed as had expected higher quality for the $200 plus, would have preferred smaller presence with flowers requested,

This arrangement was not your best work. I've been dealing with McShans for over 40 years and must say I was not altogether pleased with the arrangement. The reasons are that many of the pink roses were in various states of wilting the night of the viewin
