Thank you for resolving my issue with this arrangement previously. A nice lady on the phone called me almost instantly. I explained how I was not pleased with the volume the arrangement had compared to what was shown on the wbsite. She was very understanding and not making the customer feel like they are in the wrong like everywhere else. I give this a 5 star for customer service for sure. This make me feel better about my gift purchase.

The arrangement appears to be missing several key elements: The purple orchids are much fewer in number and don't provide the full, vibrant look shown online. The red anthuriums lack the same richness and green shading seen in the website photo. Overall, the arrangement looks noticeably less full and colorful, and the composition feels sparse and less balanced. I understand some variation can happen with floral arrangements, but this seems like a substantial downgrade in both presentation and value.
