McShans always does such a beautiful job and gets the arrangements there in plenty of time. My family and I have been using them for well over 20 years and have never been disappointed in the quality or delivery of their products.

She lives there in Dallas and I live here in San Antonio and you always wonder what the items gonna look like and getting a picture of showing me what's gonna be sent to her? It eases my mind. The staff was wonderful over the phone reinsure me that the items that she'll be getting and they will not be damaged. I will be doing business with McShan's again and then near future. I just emailed the following to you and now see you sent a picture. Wow! Tremendous. I love it. My son showed me you sent him a notification that a delivery was coming and now you sent me a notification that it was delivered. You truly go the extra mile for your customers. I have not seen this done by a florist before. I called to let you know I was so pleased with the arrangement. Charlotte went the extra mile to change the hippo to a dog which resembled their dog and suggested a balloon. She mentioned she was going to find it I believe in the basement. I thought it would just say Welcome so to see it said Welcome Little One and it was blue was pleasing to me. The kids thought the arrangement was so cute. Thank you. If I need to send more flowers to them, you will be my 1st choice. Have a wonderful day. Ten stars from me! Oh, and your pricing was cheaper than what I would have sent from Rowlette where the hospital was and the delivery fee was much less than I expected for the distance you traveled.

This arrangement is disappointing. I requested Designers Choice $100.00 arrangement. I was envisioning a vase arrangement with blue flowers.
