I like getting photos. Great idea! And I truly appreciated the timely delivery. However, neither of the two arrangements looked like the pictures displayed on the website. Fewer flowers and different colors in both. Very disappointing.

I am totally dissatisfied with my order of roses. Not exactly what I ordered, and some are turning brown around the edges. I have never gotten anything like this before from you. I have asked to have them picked up, and not be charged. I will continue to use your service, but thios one is a no go. Things happen.

I did it online from South Carolina for a retirement gift for my sister. She is into zero landscaping. I thought this would take this concept indoors. It requires minimal work on her part. The process for selection and ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was exactly when I want it to occur. Have used McShan Florist for years and the quality, consistency never wavers
