The roses were very pretty however, one of them had a large petal that was already brown when it was delivered....I was a little disappointed.

The plants are lovely but it seems like the smallest variety, when I ordered the largest. Slightly disappointing.

McShan flowers is a five star business . Always accommodating, pleasant and polite. Their arrangements are gorgeous and delivered on time. I always use them for my gifts. From California 🤗

Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns from the first photo sent. Although this is a beautiful arrangement, I still think that it doesn't really match the look of the one ordered (Treasured And Beloved Bouquet - Deluxe). I do appreciate the effort & I really like getting to see a photo of what is being sent.

It was an amazing arrangement just as I had hoped. But there were several leaves with dried dead ends on two of different plants. I still give 4 stars.

It looks a lil smaller than it looked on website. But it was for someone in hospital. I'll hv to check with them on the size. But, it does look nice. Thku for the photo.

Thanks for making changes to floral arrangement. Floral colors are better which made the arrangement more appealing.

Awesome plant

I thought it was pretty but assumed would have more butterflies.

I was very pleased with the potted pothos/ivy. It looked better in person. The picture of the plant look smaller. Otherwise, very pleased

I like getting a photo of my order. The flowers look ok, but I had asked for it to be colorful.

Flowers were beautiful, but even though it was a deluxe I ordered it was rather small, so I can't image what a regular one would have looked like. Appreciated the picture of the order and the confirmation that it was delivered.

Plant was well recieved. Therefore, I shall continue the complements. The recipient was pleased and I was also. Thank you for your quick and efficient work on taking and delivering said plant. Will I get her inheritance? I doubt it, but our friendship is set in concrete and that is all that matters to me. Thanks again Mr. Chris
