The flowers were beautiful but I saw a little brown on some edges. The order was delivered on time.

FOLLOW-UP review: Original review:This is nowhere near as pretty as the image on your website. I paid for the Deluxe version of the Lavender in Bloom Bouquet and I did not get what I paid for. Compare the photo here at the left with the image of the Deluxe Lavender in Bloom bouquet on your website. Very disappointed To follow up, I phoned the store, and they are stopping delivery and redoing the bouquet. So I'm amending my review for this service. Also to note, I have used McShan many times before, and until now they have always delivered exquisite arrangements.

yes---the arrangement was very nice --and I appreciate you being willing to approximate one from a photo ---I am a big fan of Japanese style flower arrangements and have a hard time finding people who know what it is about--so thank you! the orchids kept falling over but were OK for the service -- and getting a photo was GREAT!

Thank you for promptly delivering this bouquet to my Mom at the hospital. It brightened her room. I would have gladly paid more for one more sunflower or a few more spots of color but there was no option to do so. Seeing a photo is the way the florists here in California do it and it's a nice way to share the moment.
