The plant arrangement is pretty but I thought it would have a pink ribbon/bow, which is what the picture showed on line. This was the color I wished had been used instead of yellow.

Thought it was a few less flowers and more greenery than picture on internet.

The ease of use on the website made ordering and delivering flowers very simple. The flowers are beautiful, but expensive.

Not a fan of the spiky things but guess you have to use some filler. Would have preferred a softer look since it is for a funeral.

The flowers and plans are lovely. I'm disappointed a duck was used rather than the birds in the original order. This arrangement was for my aunt's funeral. A duck seems more appropriate for a man.

A little disappointed. The plant I ordered had two birds in it sitting in a nest. That is one of the reasons why I ordered the plant. It was a nice plant!

It's definitely beautiful! But it does not look like the picture when ordering. Also doesn't look “premium.” But it's still pretty.

My mother-in-law loved her flowers! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that there appeared from the preview photo to be a smudge on the gift bag - which I called about & was told it was a smudge on the camera and the bag looked fine. It could've easily been a wet fingerprint on the bag that dried easily and became unnoticeable at delivery but I'm not 100% sure. That said - McShan's has a lovely selection, wonderful customer service and we've used them for years.

Always get beautiful flowers from McShan. Have been using them for years and will continue.

Pretty flowers but do not pay for early delivery. It did not happen

I wish the flowers would have been larger. The arrangement was beautiful, just the filler took over the flowers and they are the centerpiece.

The flowers were beautiful and my mother loved them. My only issue is that they had been delivered to the wrong house, but luckily the person who got them brought them to the right house. They need to make sure they are delivering to the correct house next time because I spent over $100 on these and got lucky that the person didn't keep them for themselves.

Turned out really nice, a little smaller than expected for the cost but overall very good.
