It's OK.

Not exactly what in the picture.

I loved the arrangement! The only reason I took away a star was because of the vase. I had asked for something very contemporary and the one used did not make the cut for me. But you guys will always be my favorite DFW florist based on your design skills!

I thought this would have a little more color to it based on the picture online. I realize, like everything else, the supply chain for flowers is also impacted. First time McShan has disappointed me.

The wreath was beautiful. Bigger than what I thought it would be. Well worth the price range. However since this wreath was for the door of a business of a deceased business owner, I would have preferred something that looks more like a sympathy wreath or maybe something solid with ribbon denoting it was for sympathy or memorial- this one looks like a nice autumn wreath

Arrangement was as expected. Email of picture was confusing as I thought this was notification of delivery but wasn't.

Very pretty! I like the picture, the only problem was that the CSR did not say who the arrangement was from (me) so the family was wondering until I reached out to see if it was delivered. :(

McShan usually gives great service. I appreciate the photos and updates on my email. I was a little disappointed that one item (the wine) from my purchase did not arrive until the next day. I will use them again, however, because they are dependable (as a rule) and a Dallas institution.

Fatima was a pleasure to deal with and very patient knowing this delivery is very important to me personally and professionally. Delighted to get the photo however I wish for my own satisfaction I had a better view of the arrangement before boxed as I can't see the true content knowing there are a lot of flowers in it.

I think it could have been a little fuller but that is a budget plant

I like it but would prefer white orchids. I was hoping it look more like the picture that has more “spill”. This is for our dear nurse who is devastated by the loss of her father.

It's a beautiful arrangement...however, the lavender is dried out and appears to be dead. Please keep in mind, I don't know if it comes back and reflowers??

The flowers were perfect. THE FACT IT TOOK 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS TO GET SOMEONE TO FINALLY PICKBUP THE PHONE...NOT A GOOD BUSINESS SERVICE. We've used McShan exclusively for several years. Your lack of having the phone manned is making us rethink our options. We'd hate to lose faith in your business. We really don't want to have that happen.

Too small for premium price

The photo of the plant we sent to a funeral was not a true to size photo. I did not receive guidance that bows cost extra now. Maybe the plant will grow into a nice size before it dies. Will ask lots more questions when we an order is placed. The 35 minute wait on hold to place the order must have made me forget to ask questions. I need to think, think, think better.

I love McShan's flowers! They're my go to florist for every occasion.. y'all rock! You always come through! Thanks you guys!

Excellent service and plant received

Looks small for the premium arrangement I requested.

The flowers were beautiful. However, I wanted more orange, red and yellow colors. I liked getting a picture of the arrangement.
