Very elegant and pretty. But would have preferred more vertical arrangement compared to the horizontal. I like getting a photo of the arrangement.

The Margot bouquet delivered doesn't contain any burgundy colored flowers which are shown on your website. I wanted to have some burgundy flowers in the bouquet.

I wish the sunflowers looked a little fresher. I'm guessing the wrapped item is the ladybug. The overall size is OK. I didn't want anything large for her while she's in the hospital. I appreciate the photo.

This looks like a great selection of fresh fruit and a nice arrangement, thank you. But I can't help but feel more sober-colored ribbon would be more appropriate as this is to express sympathy for a loss.

I'm am pleased but I think the bow should be included at no additional cost for this price. It was the in the past. It also reflects the long standing quality of your business that families will take home

Joyce, we still offer bows for our pot and saucer plants. While you ordered the upgraded container, we don't include bows with that option. If you had asked the sales associate, we would have gladly added one. If there is anything we can do please give us a call we are always happy to help.
