The first arrangement delivered had some flowers iniutvrhat I had specifically requested not be included. McShan's did stand br their word and delivered another arrangement that was beautiful. I am vwr pleased with McShan's customer service & integrity!

Very nice. I like the fact of seeing the order before it's delivered. I would like to see a better indication of it's size in reference to something else in the photo though. Thank you.

I would have given 5 stars but I must admit that I was disappointed that we paid an additional $40.00 to add YELLOW ONCINDIUM ORCHIDS and I feel that for that amount there should have been more present. The arrangement was lovely despite that.

Love the arrangement x for the tall background stalks. Not sure what they are, delphiniums, maybe, but they're not very colorful. Other than that, ??????
