Wife was pleased with the arrangement.!

Well... Hmm... McShan did a fairly good job on all four deliveries to my love. Though the execution was not as hoped for. I was quite clear that all the deliveries were NOT to include a vase or container because she is overrun with such. Still three of the four deliveries included a vase or cup. Ugh. I was quite specific that I did NOT want autumn/fall colors because she hates her birthday associated with fall or Halloween. Still one of the arrangements was exactly that... dark fall colors. Even after calling to assure the final arrangement did not include a vase, it did. I paid quite a bit of money for all for arrangements and it feels like my money went towards the purchase of unwanted vases. Would I recommend McShan? Well yes BUT ...

For the price: I was hoping for a larger arrangement, but it was better than no arrangement at all! Arrangement is very nice . I thought when ordered the plant would have the African Violet flower as the picture did on the website. I guess I should have stressed which flower. When order is being placed I would recommend asking which flower as it will be assumed it's the flower on website

The arrangement itself is pretty but it's not what I had in mind for fun bright colors for a 7 year old girl. Thank you for sending photo.

Seeing a picture is great and caused us to ask for a change from black container to white as shown in the internet ad. I do wonder, however, what happened to the paper wrap and/or bow that used to accompany floral choices. Very impressed with same day delivery.

Disappointed that it didn't look more like the ad online with more pink flowers. It looked a little drab with more green and with yellow flowers. Thanks for sending photo

On this order, I needed to make a second call to your customer service # and I spoke to Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful and patient making the process easy for me. During my initial call and the second call there was a heavy static on the line making it difficult to clearly hear the representatives.

Everything was great but I'm really upset at having to pay two delivery fees for two deliveries being made to the same street address at the same time.

My arrangement was to have white roses with other white flowers I didn't see those roses in the arrangement. There were other white flowers I didn't know. My ribbon didn't say what I requested.

Flowers look fresh and pretty; however, the banner should have been placed at a diagonal so as to not chop the arrangement.

The flowers are beautiful, however, I wish the roses weren't already fully blossomed. Those will be dead before the end of the day. :( I do like getting pictures of the flowers before they are delivered.
