I like getting a photo of what I order. The picture I saw online showed a purple ribbon around plant container. I sure hope it was on this one you delivered. Thank you.

Only added a bunch of big black rocks. 1st one looked better. This is fine to send, but not as nice as the one pictured on your website. Your customer service is excellent, thus the 5 stars.

Excellent service. Beautiful arrangements. I know I can always count on Mc Shan for top quality. I have been using McShan's services for well over 30 years and received arrangements through them. Have never been disappointed which is why I completely trust their service. Have never had a reason to look anywhere else.

Love getting the photo. Disappointed it's not as pretty as the one picture online. Doesn't have variegated green compacta dracaena or the large black river rocks & I don't see any moss. Online it's 3 distinguished plants.

The Easter Lily plant was great. Wife Linda really liked the plant In fact she sent a picture of the Lily to several of her friends on Face Time and received favorable comments. Yes, you get a 5-Star rating. Linda and I used flowers from McShan 54 years ago for our wedding.

The color of the roses are different from the picture on the website. I would have preferred the richer color depicted on the website. The overall presentation is good. I love receiving a picture of the arrangement!
