At the last minute on a Saturday, I needed a floral arrangement. Most Florists closed early and could not accommodate my order. McShan created a beautiful arrangement and it received multiple compliments.

Too many of same kind of flower/same color flower for pops of color. Do you not have other colors to include? Cluster 3 of the daisies together not singled stems of same color and add clusters of other flowers for pops of color in middle. The white flowers look great. Love getting photo but hope you can add above. Call me if necessary for explanation 214-802-1733

I don't think in the years I've ordered from McShan that I've not been pleased with the plant or flowers delivered. On Friday when I saw the pic, I immediately did not like the plant. I've ordered the same plant in the past month and it was much fuller and just an overall beautiful plant. I called to express my concern and I must say, it's so nice that McShan stand by their quality of work. I was told the plant delivered could be replaced today and that makes me happy. I just want the recepient to receive the beautiful plant I assumed she would get. I'm rating based on the original delivery and hope once the replacement is delivered, I will have another opportunity to provide more positive feedback on the replacement. Thanks for working with me and ensuring the plant is replaced.
