I have been using McShan since the 1980's, and there is a reason for that. The product and customer service are exceptional. This particular order, the actual order I received was wayyyyyy beyond expectation. The picture does not do justice to what I actually received. And, again, customer service is so on point. I could not be happier with McShan. I strongly suggest using them for anyone looking.

The arrangement we ordered was exactly what I viewed online. I called in the order, and the care that was taken with the sympathy card to the arrangement was amazing. On a personal note, my whole family orders from McShan, and I recently received a birthday arrangement that took my breath away. There were beautiful deep pink roses, and other gorgeous flowers; there was not one bad petal in the whole arrangement.

Briana (sp) customer rep was very helpful and anxious to meet my requests. The plant is lovely but the ceramic container is very lacking. From the picture it appeared to be plastic- something I would find at Home Depot. I was assured it was not plastic. I then asked for a bow, which did help. My granddaughter loved the plant and received many compliments. Thank you! J

After googling and considering several providers, I decided on going with a beautiful tropical choice to send to my wife to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I was more than pleased with the quality of the arrangement (absolutely gorgeous), the prompt delivery (with a phone call to myself to decide on options when no one initially responded at home to delivery), and the provision of an actual photo of the delivered arrangement. Couldn't be happier with choosing McShan!!
