Beautiful arrangment...But....Delivered on Friday.On Sunday the small purple and pink flower's petals were curling.The tips of the rose petals were turning brown.The arrangment watering was done properly.Looks like the flowers were in cold storage too long before use.The arrangment was well received by the recipieant but disappointing to the sender.This was very unlike the usual McShan experience. The plant was too skimpy. It was not full enough. The pole was too tall. You could see more pole than plant leaves. I could have had you to add additional plants if I would have known before it was sent out for delivery. The flower container and bow was nice. I have been a customer for over 30 years. This is the first time I wasn't completely satisfied. I will continue to use McShan Florist.
