I've been using McShan's for decades, as did my mom, and their arrangements are always breathtaking. Today, my recipient wasn't home at the time of delivery and McShan kept me informed every step of the way and made same-day re-delivery very easy. The plant is fine but since it is for a man I would have used a different ribbon. I have attempted to contact you by phone but I can't get though. We would like the bow changed out as quickly as possible. This is for a male classmate and we have a committee that reviewed and their response is that this is unacceptable. Please change the bow.
