Looks just like the picture ! Yes, I do like getting the photo... I'm responsible for ordering for different occasions and gives me peace of mind getting the notice when it arrives and what it looks like.

McShan is best of breed and I've been a customer since the 1980s. McShan has also moved into the 21st century with their best-of-breed, end-to-end online ordering and communication processes. The arrangement in the photo was beautiful. Hopefully it made to the service as I ended up not being able to attend the service after being re-scheduled.

I liked the flowers but the arrangement was too expensive for the size and number of plants/flowers included. My names was misspelled on the card and my friend did not even know who they were from. I have an account there so clearly my name appeared on that. My name was entered on the card as "Kathy" and I even spelled my name for the customer service rep.

I have no words! I received another photo with the 2 arrangements on the Memory Table. The pink carnation design was to send comfort to our sweet friend from her Birthday Group. We all are ‘older' except for this sweet girl. She was thrilled to see it and immediately let us all know. She took the photo from another angle and it showed all the creativity I had wanted to send! You knocked it out of the park. Thank you dearly. I couldn't see the other arrangement well, but I know it was beautiful too. Thank you so very much! Rita B
