Very cute. I was under the impression it was real flowers. A bit disappointed it was plastic. But very cute. I've been extremely pleased with other orders. Did she get her balloon? Thx

Hi Nancy, we apologize for the misunderstanding. This is a silk arrangement, and we should have made that clear. I don't see that a balloon was added to the order. If you call our customer service team, we'll be happy to help.

I love the arrangement and the prompt response in making it and delivering it on the same day is awesome!!! I also really appreciated the photo of how it looked before delivering it out!

I was so pleased that the delivery was made today instead of waiting till tomorrow as expected. The recipient has already responded with rave reviews.
