Fast and friendly service over the phone! I explained what I was wanting for my Aunt's birthday arrangement, and I was so pleased! A beautifully executed design….just what I had envisioned and more!! Delivered as promised! I was referred to McShan by a local resident since I live out of state, and I have no hesitation doing the same when asked! Thank you so much! My Aunt was thrilled!

I was thrilled with the response I received from McShan concerning an order I placed online. Due to a technical issue, my order was not filled at the desired time. After I sent an inquiry, a representative contacted me, offered a sincere apology, and explained what had happened. After a brief and cordial conversation, I approved the delivery of my purchase at a different time. All went as promised. I'll make use of McShan Florists in the future.

Beautiful I use Kimberly for all my McShann orders and she never lets me down with the work she does for us. My son is a student at Bishop Lynch and we have gotten corsages and bouquets and mums and garter. Prom is next.
