The flowers were so beautiful they came on time. The lady that delivered them was so sweet and she told me what to do to keep them fresh. I give y'all a 10 out of 10 very beautiful flowers.

The arrangement was as beautiful as I had hoped. It made a stately, dignified presence. I must commend the McShan office and driver for extra effort to make the delivery on time. I am grateful for the office's phone call and follow-up and driver's determination to make the delivery in time for the memorial service. That is personal, empathetic service.
