My telephone order was handled by Charlotte, who immediately made me feel comfortable about the process. She was very patient as I made my decision, and offered options for upgrading my plant selection. I was thrilled to get a picture of the plant, and the recipient was surprised and thrilled as well. Altho we no longer live in Dallas, I remembered the name McShan when I started to look online for a florist. I knew there would be a good outcome, and there was!! Thank you!
