I am extremely unhappy with McShan. I requested that a photo of the arrangement be sent to me by TEXT, NOT EMAIL, and provided the phone number. I don't have regular access to email, but i check my phone for texts fairly often. I requested a photo of the arrangement IN ADVANCE.

This is beautiful. I am sure my Aunt Carolyn and her family will appreciate this. Unfortunately, no matter how old or sick your loved one is, it does not lessen the pain of losing a loved one.

Looks much smaller than pictured on your website. The photo on the website was much fuller. Very disappointed. This was for a very special lady's funeral.

The flowers look very old and wilted. Doesn't look fresh at all. The roses are not the light color as in the picture online

I'm disappointed in this arrangement for $185.00 Only carnations and while flowers, no roses or any other premium flowers only greenery to fill in. It looks cheap. After phone call with florist and expressing my disappointment in the arrangement after the initial quote was $85.00 I offered to pay $150.00 to have an arrangement of nice and different flowers all they did was increase the size of the arrangement with cheap flowers and lots of greenery to make it larger. No offer was given for satisfaction. I will never use this florist again and will express my feelings to the parties at the funeral because of my embarrassment.
