Is there a white ribbon on the bottom so she can carry?

Yes, there is a white ribbon wrapped around the stems to make it easier for her to carry, and we also include water in the container to help keep the flowers fresh during transport.

Although the flowers were beautiful, the driver was so nasty and rude. Not to mention, while delivering to a government facility. He was even heard arguing with security. Would NOT recommend this florist, unfortunately. And that is not due to the florist, however, due to the people the florist employs as delivery drivers.
