The flowers were delivered and the recipients are in Fort Worth. Her alarm system told her you had been there and she called back to Dallas and asked her son to go to her home and put the flowers inside. I think the delivery person should have called and if they were not at home, he should have taken the flowers back to the floral shop and tried later. Letting them sit outside all day until they return from Ft. Worth is not good for the flowers or some one could have stolen them. The plant looks beautiful.

This is normally a double orchid plant and it was sent as a single. I wasn't informed. They offered to pick it up from the bereaved family and take them a new one. The representative was rude and argumentative. My worst experience with Mc Shan's.
