I was very dissatisfied with the bouquet that I ordered. I described what I wanted for my son's high school homecoming nosegay. I then called after seeing the picture and the person I spoke with told me they would fix the order. I then received a call back asking for more money to fix the problem. This bouquet in the photo was $100. I could have easily gone to Kroger, picked up some white flowers for $20, and put this together.

My friends and I were so pleased with the arrangement your florist created for our friend's funeral. They captured perfectly the feeling we wanted to convey. The ordering process was easy and appreciated picture that was sent and confirmation of delivery. Happy we chose McShan.
