The arrangement was beautiful. The driver contacted me since the recipient of the arrangement wasn't at home. We discussed a good spot to leave the plant so it wouldn't be seen from the street and to protect it from extreme heat exposure. It was a very pleasant experience from ordering to delivery. McShan always does a beautiful job with flowers I send or others send to me. The online service is convenient, but it's nice to be able to speak to staff members on the phone. They are always helpful.
