Hello my review is the plant is beautiful... I gifted to a beautiful lady recovering from surgery, she loved it. However, there was NO NAME (which I clearly gv) and no note I clearly had written. She NO idea of who sent and it took a few days after she recv'd to find out. I'm disappointed at the unprofessional handing of this. I order from you guys everytime I send out flowers. If you can kindly note this to those that handle this...there are those that rec'v special orders from your area of service that are needing something that could help them move forward in WHATEVER circumstance they are in at that time. Ty kindly.
