(1) placed order on Saturday 4/11 around 3pm for 5pm pick up on 4/11. Arrived at 5pm store was closing. Spoke to employee in parking lot they said I could pick up Monday the 13th. (2) called Monday to confirm order was ready person I spoke with said order was canceled. Hmm 😒 why? (3) placed order again on Monday. Everything had to be resubmitted. I skipped the card information I populated on the 1st order you would think you could duplicate the 1st order. I guess its not possible. I requested a butterfly pick I didn't get one. It was a very nice plant but the overall experience was not. God bless
