McShan florist Always does a phenomenal level of customer service for their customers. It starts with the phone call. Kind considerate staff take the time to help select the perfect arrangement.They pay attention to little details. They relay back the order to make sure everything is correct. Then thank you for the order. Then their creative team make magic happen from a host of greenery and a rainbow of color with flowers from around the world. All placed skillfully in a wide selection of containers. The delivery team call to make sure you are present to receive the order so that the arrangement stays fresh for you to enjoy. If you have never been to their showroom take the time and be amazed!! Upon walking in the first thing your senses get are the aroma of flowers, your eyes are in a feast of color , and your ears hear the gentle sound of water. You are blown away with the rock waterfall and pond home to koi of many colors!! Then beautiful seasonal arrangements in all shapes and sizes and price ranges. There is something for everyone. Not big on flowers, no problem they have beautiful greenery plants to fit your need. And a wide selection of containers not just your standard clear vases. Then you have the pleasure of meeting the staff who welcome you in and give you a moment to drink in all the beauty. If you think my review is made up you are highly mistaken because I have been in the customer service industry for over 30years and I pay attention to small details. I value craftsmanship, quality, and satisfying the customer. So I promise you this, go see the shop for yourself. You will 💯 percent agree. I have received many arrangements from other flower shops and none compared to McShan!!!

You want a review? Ok. Since your shops were closed on the delivery date of Sunday, I can't complain about the delivery on Monday. In the arrangement you have mainly 3 layers of bigger size flowers compared to 5 layers in the Teleflora flower arrangement including a layer of green leaves at the base and 2 layers of roses. You have only few roses on the top by the candles. I paid for the premium Teleflora arrangement which was the best. So you don't justify what I ordered. Sorry to say that.
