This arrangement was breathtaking when my wife first saw it!! She lives the mix of flowers and greenery. It is lasting a long time which is rare for high volume events like Mother's Day. We've enjoyed McShan's high quality for many years now

McShan delivered a very pretty flowering plant arrangement to our door. The driver had trouble finding our house, which is not easy to do with a GPS. But someone from the florist called to ask for directions and the arrangement was delivered the next day, still in good condition. I appreciated the extra effort to make the delivery.

I called to order something specific and they were very helpful. Sent a pic beforehand and made sure the recipient got the delivery (i noticed they had to try twice, which i really appreciated)

It does not look like the picture of the arrangement I selected. However, the substitution bromeliad plant instead of the Calla lily was a comparable and beautiful choice. I would suggest that you reach out to the ordering customer and explain the reason for the compromise. Thank you for sending the photo.
