The bouquet of flowers that I received yesterday were absolutely gorgeous!! The scent filled the entire room. It has been a very long time since I have had roses with the aroma of a rose in years. The arrangement was absolutely perfectly put together without being crowded. It is stunning!! I give McShan Florist 5+ Stars!!

McShan Florist is the best! I ordered their Francisco Garden on a Friday, requesting that it be delivered on Monday. Ice and snow came on Saturday. I knew that it would be impossible for them to deliver on Monday as the streets were not travelable. The first thing on Monday morning I received a call from Cynthia letting me know the delivery would not be made on Monday. She didn't leave it to me to assume they would not be delivered; she made sure I knew when they would be delivered. That is customer service. The garden was delivered on Tuesday just as promised and my friends were overjoyed! They sent a picture of the beautiful garden they received, and the best part was that it looked just exactly like the picture on the McShan website. No letdown, just perfection. Thank you, McShan and Cynthia.
