I have been ordering flower arrangements from McShan since 2019, and they never disappointed. The personnel is attentive and friendly, delivery is on time, flowers are stunning. But, for the first time in all these years, this arrangement was not what I expected. The arrangement looks beautiful, no doubt, it just doesn't look the same as the one pictured on the webpage - the little purple flowers ("filler") are too few and thus the overall color of the arrangement looks green and not purple. It just was not exactly what I wanted. Otherwise I'm happy with the overall service, and I will definitely keep ordering from McShan, since this is just a one time thing - it cannot override years of outstanding services.

Charlotte was pleasant and efficient! When I asked if we could change the color of the roses, she was very accommodating. I am so pleased with the arrangement and receiving a photo of the actual arrangement is brilliant. As one who loves flowers, frequently orders for others and is very particular, this is brilliant!
