Beautiful arrangement! Charlotte was super helpful in creating the arrangement I was envisioning. Delivery arrived on time and they sent me a photo before they delivered it. I would definitely order from McShan again. Thank you.

Awfu, Nothing like the photo of what I ordered. Substituted flowers weren't even the color scheme of the original order. Embarassing to send to a friend.

I loved the flower arrangement, however I prefer a vase where you can see the water level of the flowers. It is difficult to tell how much water is in this particular vase.

Very upset. I specifically said pink purple and blue with A “touch of yellow”. More yellow. Why no lilies as I mentioned hire great they smelled. Y'all didn't do what I asked and these are tiny little tacky arrangements. I have used y'all forever since you opened. First time I have been unhappy and it was importsnt as I wanted Easter looking. I said pink and purple and blue with maybe a touch of yellows Nig one lily in any arrrangement. Never again. I will call an unknown before I spend $300 or $100 even. Nothing was like u wanted and I tried to be VERY specific. I am very disappointed as they are not Easter looking at all. NEBER woukd I want green flowers. I am upset. Too late nie but you must have a new floral person. No one listened to my instructions. I amcc bc sad anx unhappy. I very much a beautiful arrangement and didn't get it. Really. Fi you want green flowers in your arrangements when ask for pink and blue snd purple with a touch of yellow. No one cared and no one paid any attention to please the buyer. Never again will I trust y'all.
