I do not typically write reviews but felt differently this time due to the situation. I ordered a designer choice arrangement for a birthday five days before it was to be delivered on a friends birthday. I receive a photo of the arrangement the very next day. I call asking why the arrangement was created so early as it surely will not be fresh when it should be delivered. I was told it was done mistakenly and was reassured the arrangement would be fresh. Secondly, I mentioned I was not impressed at all with the arrangement they created for the birthday thinking they would redo prior to recreating. Phone call ended abruptly without further discussion by the florist. The day before delivery I get the same photo sent to me for rating. Unfortunately, the flowers look as something I could buy at my local market already wrapped without a vase - boring, dull and not something for a birthday I would ever consider. The arrangement was never altered from the original email but the email was resent as it was days later. This florist will not retain any further business from me in the future. Very unhappy. The only great part was seeing the actual arrangement prior but in this case not sure if it even was.

This was a last minute long distance delivery order. Although their delivery person was gone for the day, they were still able to arrange the delivery. And the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for better service and the fact that they went above and beyond, well I'd give them several more stars 🌟 if I could!
