This was a smooth and easy process. I ordered the flowers on the phone, gave detailed directions on where to deliver at the local cemetery and I received several photos of the bouquet before delivery and after placement at the cemetery. They were very sensitive about the flowers going to a grave site. I will certainly use Nicole's the next time I need flowers in the Concord area.

Recipient really likes the arrangement, and it appeals to her preference of autumnal colors and motifs. The arrangement that was delivered did not exactly match the suggested one viewed online but was even better, and it is example of the florist's knowledge and skill to use what is on hand to create such a beautiful arrangement. Online ordering was easy and quick. I wasn't billed until after delivery. Appreciate that Nicole's emailed me a photo of the finished arrangement so I could see it in its prime condition.

Have ordered from Nicole's a couple times in the past and have always had great service and wonderful flower arrangements created by them simply based on my description of what I wanted.

Great response by the vendor, easy website to navigate, rapid same-day delivery, the florist sent me a picture of the bouquet, so did my friend, it was all good! Also, I love dealing will a "real" flower shop, and not a 1-800 number with an out-of-state company.
