They were almost 2 hours late. I needed them by 3:30. I spent $50 for nothing. Not happy.

Not sure that I'm okay with this basket... doesn't look as nice as your photo online at this price... also the bow or ribbon looks a bit mishap. Hope it's actually nicer than the photo, maybe just a bad angle The last plant basket I purchased from yo

We were very unhappy with the arrangement. The White large flowers were yellow and the pinks were dusty and dark. The whole arrangement looked dark and crowded.

Not a fan of the greenery sticking up in the back.. I thought we discussed a white and pastel arrangement and this looks very green and yellow. A little less greenery and a little more white would help. Thanks!

The dark orange flowers look like they are almost dead and missing lots of petals. While the arrangement I ordered said that colors could vary, I didn't imagine they would vary that much! I wanted something cheerful and bright. This looks drab and down.

The advertised vase for this order was out of stock, this substitute does not compliment the flowers and looks like dirty water.

The flowers were nice and delivery was timel, but, the letter send with the flowers was transcribed incorrectly and didn't make since upon arrival. I asked for (inside joke) "You had me at bahh." But it was delivered as "You had me and bahh." Which doesn'

So amateur. My 4 year old granddaughter could do that. It would be nice to have the focus on the roses than the tons of baby breath. Nowadays, great florists do roses with beautiful fillers. Ugh! Thanks for nothing. I would like a complete refund!!

My flowers did not get delivered on Saturday like they were suppose to. When I called they said they would deliver fresh flowers on Monday. We received the flowers Monday but they weren't fresh they were the same bouquet. I was hoping for the inconvenienc

I am very disappointed!!! I doesn't look full anough like the one in the picture the have ... i know the colors are different and it's ok but the amount it's just not ok y try to talk to them and am if they could put cuople more flowers or 🌱Ӿ

The flowers and vase were cute - BUT they got delivered with NO name tags and NO 'thank you' message like I requested - so no one knew WHO had sent them the flowers - so not cool:(

After using national florists to send flowers for many years, I have heard that service and value are better if I work with a local florist. I certainly didn't feel like anything was better about this experience. The flowers were still extremely overprice

I saw the flowers at the funeral and several of them were droopy. It wasn't very full either.
