Overall, the arrangement looks good, although the burgundy-colored rose & similarly-colored Chrysanthemums(?) look a bit haggard.

The plant is not exactly what I ordered. The one I chose had blooming flowers and more colorful leaves. But I would use Flower Patch again. The service was excellent!

It is pretty. Nice Fall colors. I like the brightness the white daisies add.

Expected more pink as I requested however it's still pretty.

I had a bit of a frustrating experience speaking with a clerk in-store. I think she must have been new or didn't have enough knowledge to be very helpful. After speaking with her, I ended up calling to place my order over the phone instead. The call center was very helpful. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful and just what I was hoping for.

Not quite as pretty as the online sample—a little sparse looking in comparison; the orchids aren't open and the bull grass is lacking. Yes, I like getting a picture—that's a great touch to your service. Thanks

The arrangement is beautiful and exactly as pictured on your website. Is there anyway next time you could send a photo of the card that is sent with it? The reason I am requesting this is because with a previous order the font was too small for the recipient to even read. Thank you.

They turned out ok. Except the name is misspelled. I understand it's a difficult name to spell, but if there were a function on the website that allowed the customer to type in what needs to be on the banner, that might solve misspellings.

I really love being able to see a photo of what was being sent. Thank you. I was just a little disappointed that the arrangement did not mirror the picture that I saw online with the yellow and purple flowers. The pink Daisy doesn't match the yellow Bee as well.
