The arrangement was beautiful. It was delivered in a timely fashion. The hydrangea died after just a day or two but that could be it's natural characteristic or the cold weather.

I do appreciate getting a photo. I thought the flowers looked more like wildflowers than bigger blooms like online pic. It wasOK but I've seen you do better. 😊

Casket spray turned out beautiful and so did the 2 dozen roses. They were also very great at sending me a preview of what we were getting the day before. My only complaint was that they were suppose to be delivered by 10am for my grandmothers funeral and they didn't show up till 10:45. We had family and funeral guests showing up before the flowers did. It caused a lot of stress that made an already overwhelming an emotional day even more overwhelming then it needed to be.

I called and they made the arrangement more closely to what I ordered online and I really appreciated it. The person answering the phone was kind but being sent back to the actual designer, she was short & irritated with me. But at the end of the day was sweet enough to fix it. Thank you!

They haven't been delivered yet but if this is wht they look like. This is perfect. I love the ability to see wht is going out. Even if I'm not there to see them recieved. I know that a quality product is being delivered. I am a LONG time flower patch customer from sophomore year, (no comment on how long ago that was), to many first dates, a marriage full of just because, daughters recitals, and adult appreciation of coworkers and employees. Flower patch is ALWAYS there.

Loved the arrangement. It was beautifully done. There were a few flowers towards the bottom that were obviously wilting. I know these things aren't perfect so overall we were very happy.

I liked the bouquet. When I ordered I was pretty open, but the only request was no carnations and there are several in the bouquet. It was done so fast though, which I appreciate

I ordered it because of its square shape in the picture. Otherwise the flowers are pretty and looks full. My family loved it!

The larger one was perfect! I was dissapointed in the colors of the smaller one. I had asked for "male" colors. Pink and yellow I felt looked more female. It was a beautiful spray, but looked more female, and not a color for a man.
