The flower arrangement looks amazing. It means nothing if it's not delivered on time though (before 1 pm). The quick response with you taking my order was perfect. The four hour window of delivery might be a problem. I am very grateful for your services and I'm hoping everything works out.

Provo Flower Shop did an amazing job on my daughter's birthday flowers! I placed my order online from out of state and their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic!! They sent me a picture of the actual arrangement she would be receiving the morning of the delivery and then let me know once it was delivered. Highly recommend!! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and we will absolutely use them again in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The roses/arrangement is very beautiful. However, it has only been 3 days and the roses are dropping at the stem-very limp, some facing down. Some pedals are stating to wilt.
