Absolutely beautiful

The flowers look fresh and well grown, I greatly appreciate your help to my family in this their hour of need. You have always helped us make the day a little better by taking the stress out of ordering flowers. Thank you again for your dedication and help.

I don't like to give poor reviews to businesses so I am giving at least 3 stars. I called on a Thursday for a Saturday service. It was completed on Friday. I was sent a picture but I was at a medical appointment so couldn't respond. When I called at about 4:30, the man on the phone said the flowers were delivered. I was disappointed in the flowers. Nothing like the picture on their web site. If I could attach the web picture and the flowers they delivered in this review I would. It was filled with green leaves. I will do it on a google review. Sorry , not a happy customer after spending $184.00.

I loved receiving a picture. The bouquet was more beautiful in person. Delivery was good. No complaints.

While I thought that the sprays were absolutely beautiful, I was unhappy to arrive to my mother's funeral mass to find the sprays just laid on the ground. When ordering a standing spray, the online description does not indicate there is no stand included, nor did the man taking my order over the phone tell me that it would not be included. He confirmed to me "you said you wanted standing one, right?" To which I said "yes, a standing spray.". How could I know that a stand was not included when it's part of the name? Perhaps this is common knowledge to those in the floral industry, but I have never had to order funeral flowers before. I would have gladly paid extra if it was shared to me during my phone order that the flower arrangements would be left on the floor.
