Very disappointed with this arrangement. It is a mess and looks ten time cheaper than the one posted on your website. The details down to the bow appear to have been substituted for cheaper material and fill in flowers.

This is not what the very nice woman showed me at the store yesterday. I do not like carnations and I do not see any of the flowers that I saw. I am disappointed.
I send flowers several times a year to my sister in nahant. I live in California so I usually love this feature of your wonderful florist service but today I'm concerned! The pic of the flowers don't look as fresh and "tight" as what you usually send. I usually give you 5 stars. But I'm concerned! I'm crossing my fingers and will wait for the recipient to call me. She is very honest.
The main reason I selected the arrangement for my father's casket was because of all the DarK BLUE DELPHINIUM around the perimeter and throughout the arrangement. I also specifically mentioned that I disliked the large hydrangea. My arrangement was on the page opposite the photo of this one. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
For 85.00 I was expecting a larger arrangement with my hydrangeas and a more modern design.
It is sort of a good idea. For example if that is my arrangement I wouldn't be too happy about the fact that there are roses opened up as much as some of those in that picture. They won't last long or be as pretty for long. After realizing these were my flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day I called to express my unhappiness with a couple of the roses. What should have been an easy phone call and fix turned into an unnecessary argument. If I was unhappy before delivery I would most certainly not be happy with them upon delivery. If you truly listen to your customers then that should not have happened. The arrangement is lovely in that picture EXCEPT for the open roses. And the argument. Sorry to hear Val's closed wish I had known they were bought out by Salvy's so that I would not have been surprised by the switch.
I ordered plants galore which i searched on your website. The following day i called and added a flag. This arrangement looks nothing like what i thought i was ordering and paying $89.00. Not happy this time.
Beautiful as always. Salvy's arrangements always stand far above the others.
The one I ordered was the Champagne Toast ..and it has STRIPED gold ribbon .. which is the reason I loved it so much .. and smaller gold balls .. the big ones overwhelm the tree. This is now the second time I've ordered that I didn't get what I ordered. The first time was a funeral arrangement that I specifically said NO gladiolas .. sure enough, there were gladiolas in the picture they sent me .. but too late to change it.
I think this is a wonderful service especially since I won't be at her home to see in person. That said, however, I am disappointed. I was expecting what I saw on your website. It lacked the punch of color (no purple) as well as one flower in front looked wilted to me.
I ordered from the basket you had online with different colors of flowers and what you sent her were all red and pink and is not what I ordered Very disappointed and I asked for you to deliver on Saturday and you delivered on Friday.
I thought there would be more Getbera daisies and not so much green based on what i ordered from the website.. more colors too
My colleagues and I were very disappointed that the deluxe version of the arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website. We had chosen this because of the elegant color scheme- soft purple and blue.
The flowers are cute but look nothing like what i ordered (Love and Laughter). Very disappointed.

It's pretty however I asked for NO PINK in the detail message, should be more in line with Christmas, be it red's and whites.
The florist is extremely nice however, I was a little disappointed to see the arrangement I ordered. I didn't like the color combination, neither the bright ribbon. When I called to make changes before delivery, I was told that it was late to make changes on the same day and that it would delay to next day delivery. I guess it would be nice to get a customer satisfaction before delivering the arrangement. I suggest being really precise with exactly what you want.

I know the work your shop is capable of doing. Saw the flowers you did for beautiful sister-in-law's funeral, Lois McGovern. I thought the plant was very healthy but not the pine cones, they would have looked better hanging loosely over the bow. I could also see a few imitation baby's breath in and about the plant or a few shiney red tiny ornaments. I don't usually do this, but I'm old now. I use to help Mr. Perry once in a while. I was his neighbor. Your job is't easy, he would be up at 5 a.m. going to the wholesale florist. Call me sometime, I would love to help. xxoo AnneCarpenter

The Steal the Show arrangement that I ordered looks very different from the one displayed in the stock photo on the website. I am aware that flower substitutions are needed when flowers are not available. However, the amount of flowers and what was used is dissimilar. Additionally, the arrangement I ordered was with a clear vase, not an urn. The flowers ordered and the arrangement created simply do not match! I feel that they look like two different arrangements. Not satisfied and would like to be contacted.
I specifically asked for there to be Lillies and roses. There wasnt a single Lilly in my arrangement and just a couple small roses. I have ordered from Salvy's before and had great experiences. I have to say I was displeased with my recent purchase.
After ordering the smiley face coffee cup for my fiancé because she was having a bad day at work, I was told no problem have it in stock. Then got a call saying "sorry we don't have it" . Don't get me wrong she loved the flowers and vase that replaced it but the whole idea was the " don't worry be happy " phrase.
I am surprised that you would put a bow on a planter that is being delivered to a funeral home. I'm not happy with this as it is not what I ordered nor does it replicate the picture online.
