The bouquet was great. However it was delivered a day early. I ordered them for my wife's birthday and getting them delivered the wrong day was a bummer. I checked receipt and it has the correct delivery date on it.

I am disappointed in the arrangement. The picture and description were of autumnal colors which is why we chose it. The one delivered looks like a springtime arrangement with bush like filler . I realize stock can vary but this is not even close to what we expected .

The flowers were beautiful but we were very disappointed that the Nana ribbon was not placed across the front. This was a very specific request which we were assured by your shop could be accommodated.

That's not ideal. I was not notified or consulted about the changes made to the arrangement. You put a pink bow and roses ( neither of which were part of the arrangement we ordered) in an arrangement my brother and I got for an elderly male friend. Honestly we were embarrassed that something like that was delivered on our behalf. We will not recommend or order from Salvi again.

Arrangement in photo had many more white roses than what was made. We opted to upgrade for the large size and it was a disappointment for the amount spent.

Hi, I'm sorry but this doesn't look anything like the Gentle comfort sympathy basket that I referenced from the website. It did not show any hydrangeas and had more delphiniums and lavender asters, any way to remove the hydrangeas??

Hi! Normally you guys do a great job however, that photo looks nothing like the one listed that I purchased. I ordered the citrus kissed spring bouquet, which advertised many roses and other completely different flowers, for my mother's birthday. Please fix it or I will be canceling my order. Thank you!

It does not represent what I ordered. I understand availability of flowers can be difficult so I expect substitutions. However the color palette of the arrangement you sent does not match what I selected. This arrangement was very pink and lavender with some orange lily's and pastel roses. The arrangement I selected online was more reds, yellows, deep purples, and airier. The style of this arrangement was a dense triangle of flowers. Overall it was fine but I don't feel I got what I ordered in terms of color or design. I appreciate receiving the picture but given that it's a funeral arrangement I didn't feel I could request a change given the timing. I was dissappointed .

I didn't love this arrangement for my Mom. It didn't look like the one I ordered and it was not all purple flowers, as it should have been. I usually love my flowers from Salvy's but was disappointed this time.

I appreciate the notification and the photo but I have to say I am so very disappointed in the size of the orchid. I purchased a purple orchid for a friend from Salvy's last year and the photo of the plant was so full with over 10 flowers and multiple buds. I paid $50 more for this orchid and for the price I am truly disappointed with the size and will not order again.

This arrangement does not look anything like the picture oh what i purchased. The roses are not well spaced out and it looks rather inexpensive. I am disappointed in this arrangement :( the last order i placed was accurate as compared to the picture online so i am surprised by this outcome….

Looks like a staged rectangle of linear lines of flowers. Nothing natural about it. Sides are ok but the bottom is not what I expected.

This is a beautiful arrangement, but from the picture it does not look like what I ordered. I did order the blue and white, but with just a HINT of the pink. I did stress just a hint. I will have to see it in person but from this picture, I am disappointed.

The arrangement I ordered from your website had roses and daisies, no lilies. I called before I placed the online order to make sure that there would not be any changes. I cannot see any roses or daisies in this photo ☹️

These flowers did not look anything like what I ordered online. They were pretty enough but they were nothing like what I ordered. It's a little disappointing to really love some thing on the website, order it, and then that's not what it is. I didn't get much help when I called on the phone either. I probably will not order from you again. I even sent the recipient a picture of what I ordered and they said it looks nothing like that

I understand about needing to substitute but the finished product looks nothing like the Teleflora arrangement advertised on your website. No roses, very little silver add ons, substituting lillies which sometimes aggrevate allergies, can't see the “keepsake” container? Very disappointed.

The plant was delivered Monday. Unfortunately it was left in the back of the house and not found until Wednesday night. I'm not sure why it was not left at the front door. It looks like a beautiful basket but it suffered from the cold.

The flowers in the picture don't look like the flowers I ordered. Some of them look like they're dying and wilting! And where is the Happy Birthday sign?? I am very unhappy with these flowers, especially for the amount of money I spent on them!
