I think this is a wonderful service especially since I won't be at her home to see in person. That said, however, I am disappointed. I was expecting what I saw on your website. It lacked the punch of color (no purple) as well as one flower in front looked wilted to me.
I ordered from the basket you had online with different colors of flowers and what you sent her were all red and pink and is not what I ordered Very disappointed and I asked for you to deliver on Saturday and you delivered on Friday.
I thought there would be more Getbera daisies and not so much green based on what i ordered from the website.. more colors too
My colleagues and I were very disappointed that the deluxe version of the arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website. We had chosen this because of the elegant color scheme- soft purple and blue.
The flowers are cute but look nothing like what i ordered (Love and Laughter). Very disappointed.

It's pretty however I asked for NO PINK in the detail message, should be more in line with Christmas, be it red's and whites.
The florist is extremely nice however, I was a little disappointed to see the arrangement I ordered. I didn't like the color combination, neither the bright ribbon. When I called to make changes before delivery, I was told that it was late to make changes on the same day and that it would delay to next day delivery. I guess it would be nice to get a customer satisfaction before delivering the arrangement. I suggest being really precise with exactly what you want.

I know the work your shop is capable of doing. Saw the flowers you did for beautiful sister-in-law's funeral, Lois McGovern. I thought the plant was very healthy but not the pine cones, they would have looked better hanging loosely over the bow. I could also see a few imitation baby's breath in and about the plant or a few shiney red tiny ornaments. I don't usually do this, but I'm old now. I use to help Mr. Perry once in a while. I was his neighbor. Your job is't easy, he would be up at 5 a.m. going to the wholesale florist. Call me sometime, I would love to help. xxoo AnneCarpenter

The Steal the Show arrangement that I ordered looks very different from the one displayed in the stock photo on the website. I am aware that flower substitutions are needed when flowers are not available. However, the amount of flowers and what was used is dissimilar. Additionally, the arrangement I ordered was with a clear vase, not an urn. The flowers ordered and the arrangement created simply do not match! I feel that they look like two different arrangements. Not satisfied and would like to be contacted.
I specifically asked for there to be Lillies and roses. There wasnt a single Lilly in my arrangement and just a couple small roses. I have ordered from Salvy's before and had great experiences. I have to say I was displeased with my recent purchase.
After ordering the smiley face coffee cup for my fianc√© because she was having a bad day at work, I was told no problem have it in stock. Then got a call saying "sorry we don't have it" . Don't get me wrong she loved the flowers and vase that replaced it but the whole idea was the " don't worry be happy " phrase.
I am surprised that you would put a bow on a planter that is being delivered to a funeral home. I'm not happy with this as it is not what I ordered nor does it replicate the picture online.
Not the colors I suggested and I didn't want the mums. I had suggested more lilies.

I specifically asked for lilies and I don't see any. Also the sunflowers look wilted. I referenced a bouquet on your website that had lilies when I placed this order and this does not look like that at bouquet all. I don't think you listened to what I wanted.
Although the customer service is excellent, I am once again disappointed in the flower arrangement. There were very few flowers for a $100 order, so I will be going elsewhere for future orders as this is the third time I have been disappointed. :(
We haven't seen the flowers in person yet. It looks like both are table arrangements and we ordered a spray and a basket.
Hey guys honestly, the flowers were amazing and everyone was thrown back by how beautiful they were and how big. But the issue im having is for the past 2 days they have been dying, wilting and falling over. I understand eventually things die but not with 2 days of getting them. My cell is 617-240-2702.
I ordered the Bright and beautiful bouquet that I saw on Val's website. It should have dark pink roses and yellow snapdragons, etc. I am not happy with this piece and I don't understand why it didn't come from Val's in Chelsea where I ordered it from!! I am very disappointed!
Maybe the photo is just not good.... but the red flowers (roses???) look wilted. Does not resemble the product I selected.... I hope you will send a photo of the arrangement when it is sent please. (January 30, 2017) Thank you
This does not resemble the picture I chose on-line. This appears to be much coarser. Can't say that I am as pleased as I have been in the past.
