I was pleased to receive the photo as I felt the arrangement needed some more flowers. I called and they were able to add to it making it look more the catalog photo. Glad they do the pictures to send to you so you can see what you are ordering and what is actually sent out.

Hi. I thought the color of the flowers were supposed to be more lavender. The picture on the website shows lavender and white flowers.

I'm just getting this text now. My girlfriend sent me a photo when it arrived I can't lie. I was disappointed with the roses. They looked slightly wilted.

The flower arrangement looks very fresh and nice… The flowers are similar, and it may just be too early in the season, but some of the mentioned fillers in the arrangement do not seem to be present. That would have been nice to carry through the dreamy/whimsical nature of the titled arrangement. It is a very nice arrangement though. Thank you!

it looks beautiful but your advertisement for it have some of the purple flowers taller which is nice.

Very nice but wasn't exactly as pictured in the selection. It was supposed to have yellow alstroemeria flowers too. It was very nice though. Ty! Love getting a picure!

Good morning! Lovely arrangement but would have preferred to not have what appears to be lily's but rather carnations or other filler because I think they overpower the arrangement. Was very pleased with my phone interaction with the person on the phone. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback! I think sending a photo is a great idea but would have preferred to receive it before delivery so that if possible, changes could be made.

Beautiful flowers my friend loved them and they came just in Only downside is I needed to change the spelling of the deceased name and tried calling the florist multiple times and emailed and was unable to get a hold of anyone or make any changes

Great folks to work with, offered options for the arrangement, same day delivery, and provided photo. I have to say the overpowering filler of large green leaves definitely took away from beauty of the yellow roses. It was too much. I wish that could have been changed. However, I would order from Salvy's again.
