Ordered three Boxwood Christmas trees! Loved getting the pictures! The recipients lived them! Would give them 5 stars but wish they came with the little lights! But they were lovely!!

I wanted to provide feedback on the arrangement that was sent to the funeral home recently. While the arrangement is undoubtedly beautiful, I must express my disappointment as it did not reflect what I had originally requested. The absence of lilies in the arrangement was particularly noticeable and disheartening for me. Lilies hold a significant importance in Italian funeral services. In Italian culture, lilies symbolize purity, innocence, and the restoration of the soul. They are deeply valued as a symbol of the departed's journey into the afterlife, representing a sense of peace and tranquility in that transition. I had specifically selected the arrangement for the inclusion of lilies, as I believed it would provide a meaningful and appropriate tribute. The absence of lilies was a discrepancy from my expectations, especially given that this was the distinguishing factor between the arrangement I chose and a less expensive alternative. While I appreciate the effort and craftsmanship put into the arrangement, I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the omission of lilies. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration for future orders, as the inclusion of lilies can greatly enhance the emotional impact of a funeral arrangement, particularly in Italian services.
