Where is the color no flowers! Really $50.00
The flowers were beautiful but as you know they didn't arrive on time. I was very upset and embarrassed. I was told they would be at funeral home by noon time that day and didn't arrive till I called and they found out what happen. That was too late for me since the service was half over. I still don't know why they were late. The flowers were good but dependability is so important to me. Thankyou for listening
While I appreciate that Valentine's Day must be hectic for you, these flowers were not delivered until 5:00pm...when I was told it would arrive in the morning. The flowers themselves were okay, but the late delivery (especially since they were being delivered within a mile of Salvy's shop) and high price make me give only 3 stars.
What I ordered: "It's the most romantic Valentine's Day gift you could give: a dozen long-stemmed roses in a Bohemian lead-crystal vase featuring a spiral cut design that brings out all its drama and brilliance." What I got just was just a red glass vase - not Bohemian lead-crystal. The flowers are nice, but I overpaid. Just order rhe normal dozen roses and save your money.
It's a pretty arrangement. Thank you! I would have liked to see simply just tulips and roses and greens like we had talked but understand that it's a crazy ordering holiday. thx!
I ordered the deluxe flower arrangement for mother for her birthday. This photo does not match the picture I ordered and has fewer flowers in it than the basic arrangement! If I spend $84 dollars on flowers I expect accuracy.
Flowers were beautiful but expensive
I saw the flowers the next day after delivery and I was disappointed because already one of the hydrangeas was dying . Also, a couple of petals of the roses were already falling off. Fortunately, my godmother is elderly and didn't notice, but I did !
It was nice, but expected a little larger arrangement for the price. Not as impressive as last purchase.
THE ORIGINAL PICTURE ON YOUR WEB SITE SHOWED WHAT LOOKED LIKE LAVENDER ROSES IN THE ARRANGEMENT. I AM DISAPPOINTED AS I ONLY SEE ONE ROSE IN THIS PICTURE.
It was nice , but the picture on your website had more roses.
They were very quick to respond to my dissatisfaction and set a new arrangement out quickly. The new arrangement is much more appropriate than the first.

Is it possible to have a smaller bow and another plant added. The website photo looks fuller. It is hard to tell but the bow looks big? Thank you
Thanks for taking my order and expediting so quickly. It may be the way the picture was taken, but the arrangement looks fuller on one side more that the other.

It was a very nice arrangement, thank you for the last minute delivery. If I had to critique it at all, a white Basket would have made the flower colors pop more. Thank you & Happy Holidays!
Little disappointed. I had requested lilies and don't see any and also the orange mums on the right look old. Not sure this hits the $50.00 price.
Flowers were beautiful, however my wife was expecting more fall colors as opposed to something that is a bit Christmassy... and I quote. I will be back though! thank you!

I thought it should have more yellow to balance the color. For that price, more rosea for sure. Thanks for trying.
The person to whom I sent flowers didn't let me know they arrived, so I really have nothing on which to base this review. I was appreciative of the fact that Salvy the Florist alerted me that the arrangement could not be exactly what I ordered, and why, and that I had the opportunity to contact them before the delivery was completed if I was unhappy with their substitution. Thanks for that courtesy!
