I did not see carnations listed or shown in the example or description, it really brings the level of this arrangement down. Especially because I see multiple of them.
Roses not look clean petals , I don't like carnation , eucalyptus or mums. Just roses & pink & purple & some elegant greens smooth leaves ! 😆
I am disappointed in the result. I chose this arrangement based on picture with muted colors & description (peach not orange, muted greens not bright green) & no lilies. The finished product is very different.
No. It looks skimpy, the ribbon color is hideous, the tiny daisies are horrible and not at all like the picture of Gentle Condolences shown on the website. The florist was extremely nice and accommodating but it's clear that she misunderstood what I was looking for, which is the most important aspect in placing an order by phone.
Thought it would have a lil more color
At first they missed the Lillie's so i had to call and they apologized and said they'll add the flowers but then i see there's only a few of them that are open and the rest are closed and it was 12 roses before but now i don't see 12.. not sure if they took some out? doesn't look like the picture online, i asked if they can please make it the same way and he said they'd fix it but this is what we got.. I've ordered a few times from here but for some reason they couldn't get it right this time.. very disappointed as I'm paying $100 for a set of flowers which is fine but you'd expect the experience to meet the standard of the price as well.
Like getting the picture but hard to tell. It looks small for the size ordered
I did not like the original one but once you added more pink it was fine although it didn't look like the pictures one on web page.
Hello I'm a little disappointed in this arrangement because I chose it because it was all pink and I did not want an orange flower in the arrangement.
The roses look quite old already, would have been nice to see younger flowers mixed in so the bouquet lasts longer

Yes the arrangements was beautiful... But the personnel is alot to be desired, from the person who answered the phone when I checked kn he order to the delivery person.. Nothing but attitude That's why you got a rating of 3 stars
I ordered flowers on 6/30 to be delivered 7/1 for someone's bday and they did not arrive until 7/2. The bday girl flew out to Texas on 7/2, so she wasn't even there to see them. When I called the women said there was a message on the website, stating there was a message on their website indicating that they were only doing funeral deliveries on 6/30. Well this is the message that was on their website when I ordered and still is on the website. DELIVERY ALERT: NO RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30. IF YOU ORDER FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVEY ON 6/30, WE WILL DELIVER ON FRIDAY JULY 1. WE ARE DELIVERING TO FUNERAL HOMES ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30. I understand many companies are struggling to get or keeps drivers, but this is a untrue statement and should not be posted using these words unless you can fulfill the order on the date selected. I easily could have used another florists but chose Sally's because I used to live in Lynn and have always used Salvys. Will think twice in the future.

Love that you took the time to send me a photo of the arrangement. However, was this the back or front? If it is the front, there is a void in the front where it should be a focal point. A few more flowers there would make a difference.
Not sure about this one. If this is the one for the grandchildren, it was supposed to be in a square wicker basket.
