A bit too much greens not many flowers

I don't like to give poor reviews to businesses so I am giving at least 3 stars. I called on a Thursday for a Saturday service. It was completed on Friday. I was sent a picture but I was at a medical appointment so couldn't respond. When I called at about 4:30, the man on the phone said the flowers were delivered. I was disappointed in the flowers. Nothing like the picture on their web site. If I could attach the web picture and the flowers they delivered in this review I would. It was filled with green leaves. I will do it on a google review. Sorry , not a happy customer after spending $184.00.

I really liked and appreciated the presentation of this flower.

Looks nothing like the picture online.

I just spoke to someone over the phone. These flowers are going to my friend who lost her mom, they're not for the funeral home. I did speak with someone yesterday as well, right after I placed the order, and went over that.

The arrangement pictured online includes many more white flowers and does not include teal carnations in the photo or description, contrary to the picture of what was pulled together

I like receiving a picture of what I ordered. However, this doesn't even look like what I ordered off your website. All the flowers are different from the picture except the tall purple ones in the back and there is only 1 butterfly vs 2 shown on the smaller basket. Was out when I saw the picture & was on my way to speak with you about the arrangement when my friend texted and said that she received them. I won't order on line again. Very Disappointed

The floral arrangement was beautiful, but delivered five days too early. These were to be delivered on the recipient‘s birthday, but Salvy's ignored the schedule date and delivered them the day after the order was placed.

In the photo on your website, there was a Happy Birthday balloon. Why was it not included in this order?

I'm dissatisfied with this order. Ordered online and was notified today vase wasn't available. I called ajd we coordinated using a different birthday vase. This picture shows a plain glass vase. Please don't advertise products you can't deliver. Previous orders have been great, but you missed the mark here.

Too much greenery. Not enough flowers for the extra charge. I do appreciate the picture.

The arrangement is pretty however does not look anything like what I ordered. The picture shows 14 white roses with purple flowers. I upgraded for a larger arrangement however only see 4 pink roses not sure how this was almost $100

It's not quite like the photo I'll be honest. I thought it was going to be Palm Springs vibe but it's giving funeral. Also there's no baby's breath in the original photo and this has it and I hate it. Also there's supposed to be big white lilies (at least I think they are lilies) and they seem to be missing. But really it's the baby's breath that is just awful.

Not what was pictured on website. No Asiatic Lillies ! Overstuffed with greenery and baby's breath! Doesn't read “serene” Where are the roses? Disappointed.

They look a little like there's a lot of dead ones

I like getting a photo of my flowers. The flower arrangement looks okay compared to the photo on the website. I also paid extra $20 for the medium and it looks like they only added greens to it.

I expected more tulips which is what I really wanted. The Tulips look fully open and some are already losing their petals.

The flowers were not fresh

It is a nice bouquet but it doesn't really look like what was advertised. I purposely chose this one because there were no lilies pictured and not a lot of filler greens, but the actual product was full of both of those.

The flowers are beautiful and the arrangement also, but a good amount of the flowers are old and the petals seems to be falling, they wouldn't last a week
