Great customer service and ability to deliver flowers same day. However, what I ordered and what I got do not even compare. The arrangement I ordered was all light pink roses with ribbon, and the one received had cheap daisies and carnations and only a small handful of roses. Kind of disappointing honestly and cheap- for $120

Not what I expected

The arrangement I selected online looks different than the end product which looks smaller than the medium size I ordered. Hard to tell in the picture but some of the yellow flowers look wilted.

Wish the lily's were more bloomed. But ok thank you.

The flower arrangement was very pretty but very expensive. I ordered a medium but looked too small. No happy.

I'm pretty disappointed, this was $150 with delivery and it's mostly greenery and carnations which I was told were not going to be substituted in the basket when I called. For the extra $50 I was expecting more roses, not more greenery and the addition of carnations. This will work because it's too late to fix but I specifically called to make sure that carnations would not be used and was assured another white flower of the same caliper would be substituted as needed.

The bouquet is beautiful and I'm typically very pleased with the orders I have sent from you. I'm a little disappointed that this one does not have the Gerber daisies as in the picture. I specifically chose this arrangement because the person receiving the flowers, loves gerber daisies, and the colors matched together really well. I don't feel like this one has as much a variety. I usually come from the school if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all and I don't like to even give a partially negative review however I feel like you would appreciate the honesty.

I'm sorry but this arrangement looks less dynamic than the picture from your website (TELEFLORA'S SUNSET SPLASH BOUQUET). I think there are too many heavy green leaves that could be removed or placed near the bottom to give space between flowers and create more dimension. Otherwise I appreciate the work put into the arrangement.

It looks very empty in the top middle area 🥲 .. Compared to the picture I ordered and I know that it wouldn't be exact but shouldn't have space all thru the most part the is looked at .

Looks like half the roses are carnations. A bit disappointed

It's ok… doesn't look anything like what I ordered for $75, but, it's my Mom's 95th Birthday, so, please deliver as soon as possible. Thank you

A lot of green and not a lot of flowers for the price I paid

It's pretty but it does not look like the item I ordered. The flowers, greens and basket are all different.

I don't love the colorful ribbon or the big purple bloom in the front. It doesn't look fresh - a little wilted already!

I had requested white orchids be added for an increase in price but I do not see them.

The arrangement was lovely but I was truly upset because we did ask for an arrangement that was blue and white roses and this is what we got it wasn't exactly what I expected it to be we wanted more blue than white and this is what we got more white than blue.

This should be in a basket with a ribbon whatever man I thought it was more than just the carnations but whatever I just thought it would look better for a 150 bucks but whatever

I love getting the photo, but I feel a bit disappointed that the colours are so different from the picture on your website. The listing description and the photos specifically mention and display vibrant orange and lavender, but I don't see either of those in the photo you sent. I chose that arrangement for those colors, and I would've selected something different if I had known that you didn't actually have them

Seems smaller than the picture with less variety of colors.

The flowers in the middle do no look like the picture shown online. It goes across right though the middle and bigger than this picture that was sent

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback on the arrangement. I had given a $50–$60 budget and asked for something fun and springy to celebrate a pregnancy. Based on examples on your site—like the “Dream in Color” or “Floral Buzz” or “Sweet Sunlight” bouquets in a similar price range—I was expecting a more modern, cohesive, and vibrant look. The arrangement I received felt less coordinated in color and included more traditional filler flowers than I anticipated. I understand I didn't specify exact flower types, but clearer guidance on what styles and flowers to expect at different budget levels would be really helpful. I likely would have increased my budget if I had known. I wanted to share this feedback for future orders. Thank you.

I chose Salvys because you're local.And the company I ordered from prior always sent different flowers then ordered. However, your company also sent flowers different then I ordered. Also no balloon. I paid good money for what I ordered. I should get what I pay for

Nice flowers but a small arrangement considering that I paid $50 extra for a size “large” arrangement.

These flowers were bit underwhelming.
