The flowers are lovely and I appreciate the prompt service and updates. I was disappointed that the vase I selected was not what was sent. The description stated that it would be sent in a “drum” vase. I selected that arrangement as I was sending the flowers to a musician.

Not overly impressed with it Paid $80 extra dollars for an XL & was expecting more Great customer service though

Looks like there's only 8 Rose's maybe because of the angle but you would think by taking the photo the photographer would make sure you could see all 12 since I ordered a dozen

I thought this arrangement had peace lily's mixed

I really don't like the long green flower and would prefer lilies or other roses that are balanced symmetrically with the arrangement

I am sending these flowers from out of state. I am disappointed that all the lilies are closed in this flower arrangement, making it look empty.

It looks great; however it should be less expensive because of the base.

Not what I was expecting - thought it would be fuller and more muted colors. . Haven't seen it in person - will shortly at wake and may update review than.

The roses look tired so does the Lilly I'm worried it's not what you advertised

I don't like to give poor reviews to businesses so I am giving at least 3 stars. I called on a Thursday for a Saturday service. It was completed on Friday. I was sent a picture but I was at a medical appointment so couldn't respond. When I called at about 4:30, the man on the phone said the flowers were delivered. I was disappointed in the flowers. Nothing like the picture on their web site. If I could attach the web picture and the flowers they delivered in this review I would. It was filled with green leaves. I will do it on a google review. Sorry , not a happy customer after spending $184.00.

I really liked and appreciated the presentation of this flower.

Looks nothing like the picture online.

I just spoke to someone over the phone. These flowers are going to my friend who lost her mom, they're not for the funeral home. I did speak with someone yesterday as well, right after I placed the order, and went over that.

The arrangement pictured online includes many more white flowers and does not include teal carnations in the photo or description, contrary to the picture of what was pulled together

I like receiving a picture of what I ordered. However, this doesn't even look like what I ordered off your website. All the flowers are different from the picture except the tall purple ones in the back and there is only 1 butterfly vs 2 shown on the smaller basket. Was out when I saw the picture & was on my way to speak with you about the arrangement when my friend texted and said that she received them. I won't order on line again. Very Disappointed

The floral arrangement was beautiful, but delivered five days too early. These were to be delivered on the recipient‘s birthday, but Salvy's ignored the schedule date and delivered them the day after the order was placed.

In the photo on your website, there was a Happy Birthday balloon. Why was it not included in this order?

I'm dissatisfied with this order. Ordered online and was notified today vase wasn't available. I called ajd we coordinated using a different birthday vase. This picture shows a plain glass vase. Please don't advertise products you can't deliver. Previous orders have been great, but you missed the mark here.

Too much greenery. Not enough flowers for the extra charge. I do appreciate the picture.
