Not as nice looking as the one on the web sight. I dont see any flowers.

Service was very good. Arrangement was fair, lacking imagination, variety and lush flowers.
Not as pictured in the original order photo. Vase was pink (no bow) and was shown as a much fuller bouquet in order photo. Very surprised as we always have had great flowers from Salvy. Slightly disappointed.
The flowers are nice and the recipient likes them. But that is not what chose from the website. Rather disappointing because I spent quite a while selecting the arrangement I wanted.
Not enough color to much yellow
The flowers were beautiful but were received at the funeral home literally moments before the service was to start. Very disappointing as we were told they would be delivered in the morning.
The flowers are always nice! I ordered online & never got a email confirmation. I had to call to make sure that the order was received. When I got home from work at 5:10 the flowers still had not been delivered. I called once again and was told that they were on the truck. Flowers arrived around 5:20 - much later than I expected
I was disappointed in the arrangement, even though it was lovely it was not what was pictured on line when I placed my order. The one I ordered had pretty purple roses it was the Morning Melody T68-3A.
Nice size arrangement. I dont love the arrangement design and colors/flower choices. I said green, pinks, whites, some fall colors are ok. This looks very disorganized and not very attractive or my taste.
For $80, the arrangement really does not look anything like I would expect. The flowers are droopy and don't look fresh at all. I get arrangements frequently and honestly throw them out when they start to look like that. I'm pretty disappointed.
I REQUESTED A BASKET .. NOT A SPRAY .. AND SPECIFICALLY SAID NO GLADIOLAS!
I should have requested roses. This arrangement is attractive but somewhat disappointing. Sorry.
Nice to have a photo, wish I had a better sense of the height. I would have like to see more angles of the arrangement, plus remove the slip, maybe lay it on the table. I was not given the delivery cost, so in my mind it was included in the amount I asked to spend on the arrangement. Since I see on my credit card statement online, that the number grew by $14 more, a surprise. My recommendation is that your employees should ask the customer if the number being brought forward is all they would like to spend or plus the delivery...and then quote the delivery cost in both situations. The flowers look nice, just not fully sure of what I got for $74.

I would have appreciated it if you told me the truth when I asked if I was speaking to Walsh's Florist and you said yes.
It is a lovely arrangement but I had requested yellow and white roses because he is just 4yrs. Old
the recipient said the arrangement is as fresh as can be and glitters beautifully per my request -- and I do appreciate that! However this is a much more casual/country/ style than is depicted on the website where is looks more contemporary, and sleek which is why I selected it
The flowers are pretty but I thought there would be a mix of colors. And I specifically asked for alstroemerias. Maybe that flower is in the bouquet but it isn't clear to me. I guess I need to specify a mix of color next time. Seeing the picture is helpful and I really appreciate that.
The arrangement that I wanted and ordered was yellow and white, my mothers favorite colors, for my mother in law. As you can see by the photo, that is not what was sent. The Flowers's were good but not what I ordered. Thanks
Sending flowers has become too complicated and expensive unless you use internet. So sad some of the greens at the bottom look wilted
Not one of the Lilies are open. Too many mum looking flowers. Was hoping for the light peach roses for a little contrast as displayed in the photo on your website.
Where is the color no flowers! Really $50.00
The flowers were beautiful but as you know they didn't arrive on time. I was very upset and embarrassed. I was told they would be at funeral home by noon time that day and didn't arrive till I called and they found out what happen. That was too late for me since the service was half over. I still don't know why they were late. The flowers were good but dependability is so important to me. Thankyou for listening
