Thank you for sending me a picture. I love that you do that. I'm not completely satisfied about the arrangement. The original picture had all fall colors, not pink flowers. I didn't see carnations in the original picture either. I wasn't expecting them in the arrangement that I sent. Jean Gallo
I think there could have been more fall colors then just having the one color but it was nice

A couple of things, if I may. 1)" Do you like flower arrangement?" To be well written, it should say do you like YOUR flower arrangement or do you like THE flower arrangement. 2) I felt quite rushed when I called to place the order. It was very matter-of-fpact and I felt like I was just a number and not a person sending flowers to someone I care about. 3) I was not told if there was a delivery charge or even what the total amount of my purchase was, let alone receive a receipt. I believe in supporting small, local businesses and seek only to provide candid customer feedback for your edification.
I always like your arrangements, from What I can see from the picture provided it doesn't have any gerber daisy's or much pink in it which is why I picked that specific one. Otherwise I appreciate your work!
This doesn't look very much like the Teleflora's Smile For Me Bouquet on your website. It looks like it was hastily put together.
I wish it had more of the brighter flowers like in the picture on website
Honestly I'm a little disappointed. The description for Cupid's creation said light pink flowers and the photo shows the darker pink which was not what I wanted

The flowers do not look like the Country Basket Blooms for Spring ordered from the website. I do like getting a photo of it before it is delivered.

Too many carnations for a $100.00 bouquet. Roses are nice but wish there were not so many cheap carnations for the money.

I have always ordered from here qnd referred people here my whole life. I was beside myself when i seen the flowers. Nothing compared to picture ir even what i have got there before. ☹
Always love my arrangements from you guys but the stock photos show way more flowers in the arrangement.
Very beautiful when they arrived but some died kinda quickly maybe it was the kind of flowers that didn't have as much of a shelve life. We took them all out and reworked them. I liked how fast they were delivered and that I received a picture of what was being delivered. Would order again. Thanks

You have the wrong ribbon on the large spray it should be brother ribbon and the small basket should be uncle.

While these flowers are beautiful, they're not the festive, colorful bouquet I was hoping for a birthday surprise. I haven't heard feedback from the re ipient yet, but am sure she will love them.
The flowers didn't look nearly as nice as the picture on your website, since most of the lilies never opened.
