The flowers are lovely and I appreciate the prompt service and updates. I was disappointed that the vase I selected was not what was sent. The description stated that it would be sent in a “drum” vase. I selected that arrangement as I was sending the flowers to a musician.

Looks like there's only 8 Rose's maybe because of the angle but you would think by taking the photo the photographer would make sure you could see all 12 since I ordered a dozen

I don't like to give poor reviews to businesses so I am giving at least 3 stars. I called on a Thursday for a Saturday service. It was completed on Friday. I was sent a picture but I was at a medical appointment so couldn't respond. When I called at about 4:30, the man on the phone said the flowers were delivered. I was disappointed in the flowers. Nothing like the picture on their web site. If I could attach the web picture and the flowers they delivered in this review I would. It was filled with green leaves. I will do it on a google review. Sorry , not a happy customer after spending $184.00.

I just spoke to someone over the phone. These flowers are going to my friend who lost her mom, they're not for the funeral home. I did speak with someone yesterday as well, right after I placed the order, and went over that.

I like receiving a picture of what I ordered. However, this doesn't even look like what I ordered off your website. All the flowers are different from the picture except the tall purple ones in the back and there is only 1 butterfly vs 2 shown on the smaller basket. Was out when I saw the picture & was on my way to speak with you about the arrangement when my friend texted and said that she received them. I won't order on line again. Very Disappointed

The floral arrangement was beautiful, but delivered five days too early. These were to be delivered on the recipient‘s birthday, but Salvy's ignored the schedule date and delivered them the day after the order was placed.

I'm dissatisfied with this order. Ordered online and was notified today vase wasn't available. I called ajd we coordinated using a different birthday vase. This picture shows a plain glass vase. Please don't advertise products you can't deliver. Previous orders have been great, but you missed the mark here.
