They flowers I ordered were shades of lavender, very muted, appropriate for a funereal. The flowers delivered were all shades of pink, bright, and nothing like the flowers pictured when I ordered.

Usually very pleased with arrangements that I have ordered but not with this one. Not what I expected for the money and red seems inappropriate for a bereavement piece.
If this is the photo of my order, this is not what I've ordered, and the place is not where I ordered delivery to. I ordered sunflowers, and the address is 24 Maverick Street, it looks differently.

The photograph you have provided does NOT look anything like what I had ordered. There are fewer flowers in this photograph than there were in the arrangement I ordered, and I upgraded from small to medium. Also, there were no yellow flowers in what I thought I ordered. I am very disappointed.
They flowers were pretty but I must of misunderstood I thought it would be more of a baseball shape not the two blue round balls I thought it would be one object of a ball

UNSATISFACTORY Here is what my sister who attended the wake sent to me: Honestly Steve I saw a large basket with purplish flowers (lavender order) but the one in the picture below I' not sure if I saw it. UNSATISFACTORY I get the picture/confirmation that I requested before the event THREE DAYS AFTER the event. I have been getting floral arrangements from Salvys for years. No more. It was extremely important to me that this matter be done right and it wasn't. Steven DiGiulio
I was dissatisfied, these flowers don't look like anything in the picture. They also look like someone did not put any effort into them. Really disappointed.
This is getting worse. Today I just received this picture of what I imagine is the arrangement I am having delivered for Valentine's Day. Yesterday I called because there where roses that were too open and needed to be replaced. Today in this picture there are even more and the petals look like they are curling already leaving no hope of survival. The purple rose looks dead already. Apparently customer service is not important and this is not an inexpensive arrangement either. I will have to apologize to my loved one for not being able to do anything about Valentine's Day at this point. Very sad. The arrangement was just delivered and as I suspected half of the roses were open too much and look ready to die. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed to have my loved one receive them. The arrangement would have been lovely if they had replaced those roses. I paid far too much for these for this to be such a disappointment.
Not even close to the picture online. Picture online has at least one dozen red roses, and at least 10 Lily's. Also none of the Lily's are blooming so kind of hinders the look of the bouquet. Too much filler for $120.
These look nothing like the picture online... they look like they are dying flowers and it's not all roses.
Supposed to be reds and greens with purple thistle and or Heather. Plastic plate was so cheap. Flowers wilted by Tuesday. Asked for carnations and mix. Not at all what I was anticipating, last year's was such a beautiful arrangement. Not at all the Scottish theme I hoped.basic
I ordered a bouquet of roses and I specifically told the guy if they also do balloons and he said they do. I ordered 2 balloons with the flowers and the flowers came with no balloons.

I said no more than $75. Bill was $90
Sorry to say my experience was not good. Day of the wake only hours after delivery showed signs of wilt. Next morning at the funeral the yellows flowers were completely wilted with some others having some wilt. All other flowers there looked perfect with just ours looking poorly. Purchased the deluxe tier. $140.00 Have pictures should I be asked.
This is horrible I am so disappointed. It doesn't even come to a point at the bottom of the heart. This piece was so important & I absolutely hate it
