Thank you for the picture. The pictured arrangement is not what I ordered. I had brought in a screen print of your on-line offering. I am looking for a rectangular basket, without a handle, with flowers more similar to the on-line offering Burst of Radiance Basket Arrangement, i.e., light orange spray roses, hot pink dahlias, carnations and matsumoto asters, green button spray chrysanthemums. I have ordered two of these. You do beautiful work, as presented in the picture. It is just not what I ordered. Please call me if there is a problem creating the Burst of Radiance Basket Arrangements. (781) 592-6288. Thank you.

I didn't expect the arrangement to be exactly as shown on your website, but I was hoping the lilies would be open and that there'd be a little more balanced on the right of your arrangement. It's also lacking some of the accompanying greenery as shown in the website photo. The basket is also totally different. A little disappointed. I'll hold off on the star rating until I actually see the arrangement.

I ask for peonies, Hydrangeas, roses, and summer flowers. Requested NO carnations, no mums. This is not what I requested.

Would have liked more "in season" flower s, and larger bouquet for $105.00.. Sadly disappointed

I have always love Salvy's arrangements and I've recommended you to several friends over the years. This one doesn't look like the picture at all. If it was for a client, I likely wouldn't have said anything but it's for a friend who lost a child. I'm very unhappy. If it hasn't been delivered, please don't drop it off. I'll pay extra to have it look like the picture.

Is this a joke?! These flowers are awful. I hope this is not what you sent my mother in law. I'm tempted to send this picture and a picture from the website to my credit card company and get my money back.

I'm disappointed there aren't any Lillie's…. Those are the flowers that made me pick this arrangement. Have you already delivered them?

It looks like more pink than purple to me. I'm sorry, but it's she had a very serious operation and her favorite color is purple.

I am extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. They look nothing like the photos advertised on your website. The arrangement I got was much smaller, poorly put together, and lacked the quality and fullness shown in the pictures. This feels misleading, as the product delivered is completely different from what was promised. I expected fresh, vibrant flowers arranged professionally, but instead received something that looks cheap and rushed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the accuracy of your product representation and overall quality.

The picture doesn't look like photo on the website. Color of the roses is different and some of the flowers look a too open

They did an excellent job on arranging & delivery of flowers

I asked for the cotton candy bouquet which had mostly roses this doesn't have many and no color pink doesn't look like the picture at all.theres no pink roses.

A very small arrangement for $110. It doesn't say Happy Birthday as I requested. It says “Celebrate” No one ever answers the phone at the office.

I have to admit I'm disappointed in this arrangement. I ordered the size small of this same arrangement last week and it was perfect. It was full of roses, lillies and greens. This time I ordered the bigger size and it's not half as full as the small and only has some roses and greens. It doesn't even compare to the first one nor the picture you have on line. Please go back and look at the pictures you sent me. Not worth paying over $50 more for it.

I didn't order carnation and yellow roses. I ordered PEACEFUL WHITE LILIES SYMPATHY BASKET. I see no basket or lilies.

I think it's clear these flowers are in rough shape. Even from the photo you can tell some of these are decaying already, they don't look fresh at all. I'm surprised you sent a photo and asked for my feedback. These are terrible.

I think you sent me the wrong photo, I ordered the Peaceful White Lilies Sympathy Basket extra large
