Its pretty but the original pic i ordered had a large orchid and bamboo with a clear description and didnt look like this. This looks like it has flowers that will die. It is supose to be a planter that lives! It's pretty but for $100 ...no not what the picture was. Only thing in common is it has a tall piece and its not what is described☹
I will never order from Salvy's again. After ordering theTeleflora Blue Summer arrangement and sending my displeasure with the totally different arrangement when you sent the picture with old roses in it, I see that you paid no attention to my comment and sent it anyway. I just received a picture from the person that received these. Why bother sending a picture if you pay no attention to the feedback? IOriginal comment sent hours ago:”It does not look like the “blue” arrangement that I ordered. Also roses look like they are very open. I would expect to see some still closed?
I ordered a beautiful purple vase with a dragonfly which had a significance for my Aunt. Instead I paid close to 90.00 for the anove vase!!!
Very disappointed with both my purchases. This vase is empty and the other one was filled with dead looking flowers without life. I understand due to covid19 some flowers may look different but these just look old. Highly disappointed as these flowers were for special moms on Mother's Day. And top of this the pricey flowers, I expected better.

I am extremely disappointed. I asked for an orchid plant. I have no idea what the ugly brown stuff that you added is. And I certainly didn't ask for or want the addition of a butterfly. Even the plant itself is quite strange looking. I find the arrangement an embarrassment. At the very least, you should have asked about the additions before sending it.
That does not have my wife's water lilies in them from her country. Not good!!
I'm disappointed. This arrangement doesn't resemble the photo I chose. It was important the desert sunrise theme was very important to me because I am in Arizona. I should have been notified that the image I chose would not be Teleflora's Desert Sunrise Bouquet for Winter | Salvy the Florist
Disappointed These were ordered a week ago and asked to be delivered in the morning. I received them as I was walking out the door and one wilted rose The school was closing for vacation.
This arrangement looks nothing like the arrangement that is picked on your website! Not satisfied at all! Looks cery cheap and poorly thrown together. I will not order with you again

Very disappointed in an arrangement sent to my best friend in Gloucester. Not as pictured, no holly, no berries, no red roses, not at all classy looking. It looks like a shabby bunch of greens on her beautiful table. I'm embarrassed. Wish I could send you a picture of the arrangement on her table... you'd be embarrassed too. I am outraged I paid the price I did for this arrangement.
Not at all like what I ordered on line from your website The carnations look like they are dying already Not the same flowers in image on line and no candy canes either This is last time I trust buying from you and I had bought for many years
UNABLE TO RATE, NOT DELIVERED! Delivery service is not reliable, most especially when they charge for the service. When flowers are ordered for a specific event (birthday) etc. Delivery is expected before noon! 2nd mess up that I've experienced.
Although This is a nice arrangement, what was portrayed on your website is nothing of what was created or what I purchased. I ordered the "Zen Artistry", paid $75.00 and it looks nothing like this photo. I wanted something unique for my friend who is recovering from major surgery, and to be honest, I'm quite disappointed. I feel if you cannot replicate the arrangement on your website from the image offered, it should be removed.
There are no roses or sunflowers in that arrangement!? Where's the color? It's just, yellow. There's nothing festive about it. Very disappointed if this is what my recipient receives.
I'm disappointed!!! I always had a great experience with Salvy the Florist this time was totally different. My arrangement was not even close to what I saw online.
They flowers I ordered were shades of lavender, very muted, appropriate for a funereal. The flowers delivered were all shades of pink, bright, and nothing like the flowers pictured when I ordered.

Usually very pleased with arrangements that I have ordered but not with this one. Not what I expected for the money and red seems inappropriate for a bereavement piece.
If this is the photo of my order, this is not what I've ordered, and the place is not where I ordered delivery to. I ordered sunflowers, and the address is 24 Maverick Street, it looks differently.

The photograph you have provided does NOT look anything like what I had ordered. There are fewer flowers in this photograph than there were in the arrangement I ordered, and I upgraded from small to medium. Also, there were no yellow flowers in what I thought I ordered. I am very disappointed.
