This is not what I ordered. I called in my order and asked for the “GRACIOUS LAVENDER SYMPATHY BASKET” this basket is mainly mauve no lavender at all. When I called asking why the different basket. The gentleman said they didn't have those flowers available. If that was the case why wasn't I told when I called in the order. I would have chosen a different arrangement. Now it's too late. Also, there is a hole in the front middle.

The bouquet was beautiful the only problem I had was a little mix-up with delivery. When I bought the flowers I asked that they be available for pickup, but the store ended up delivering it to the recipient's house. I did not even pay the delivery fee, so I'm confused as to why they ended up delivering it!

I ordered one from me and one from David Collins. Which one is this? Is it a spray? Pretty. Id prefer some soft pinks, however. Yes, nice to see it so you don't have to ask at the service.
