At first I wasn't happy w/your arrangement but my friend posted them on Facebook and they look so much prettier than the photo you sent me. My friend was extremely happy to receive them. She thought they were gorgeous!!!

I asked for coral roses and they sent yellow. Why offer a customization if they don't follow orders? I would have preferred them to keep the original white roses and ribbon.

I do appreciate getting pic of flowers. A little different from what I thought. I thought there would be more purple but still very nice.
