As always, I had high expectations for their exceptional customer service, and they truly redeemed themselves. The picture sent by the florist appears to have less flowers than the picture on the website. The even sadder part is that I paid for an upgrade and instead got a downgrade on the arrangement. I am disappointed with this arrangement. Probably won't be ordering from this place again. I do appreciate getting a photo to view the arrangement.

The flowers were beautiful. All I knew was I wanted 2 arrangements for colleagues at work. The staff ran with that little bit of information and created 2 arrangements that were perfect for the occasion.
