Some of the daisies were already wilted when the bouquet was received. The note included with the flowers literally read ‚Äú*heart emoji*‚ÄĚ instead of putting a heart on it. Not the most romantic message. Only reason I gave 2 stars was for same-day delivery. Won't be ordering from here again.

You dropped the ball big tome. I have used your service many times as well as my employer. They referred you to me. Always satisfied. That's why I am so disappointed. I ordere flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. They arrived wilted, half the water missing and the wrap was soaked. She contacted you emidiatly. She was told she would recieve a fresh one the next day. When 3:30 arrived and nothing showed up I called and cancelled. The person I talked to was very understanding and canceled. I don't understand why this happened. Seams to me it should gotten there early the next day. The reason for sending them to her work was so she can enjoy them. I was told they were on there way late afternoon. This was unexceptable. I have still not recieved an email confirming the cancellation. I have lost all faith in you.

I paid for expedited delivery on these flowers, however my wife did not get the flowers until after 5pm, I feel that was inappropriate.

While I genuinely think you are a tremendous florist from service to product , the individual orchids are wanting on multiple levels, especially the yellow orchid. Home Depot or the grocery store options seem far better. I honestly do not think they are commensurate with the high standards you generally maintain.

Since coming back from being out of town I had a conversation with the friend who received our flowers. She mentioned that within two days the birds of paradise we're dying.... This may have been due to the cold weather....I'm assuming. I am disappointed.

I requested fresh cuts with some live plants. The number of fresh flowers included is very skimpy and unimaginative. The butterfly is a throw away and a few exotics would have added more interest to the arrangement.

The floral design was exquisite, however; the amaryllis were not as hearty as I've seen. Recently, I bought and arranged amyrillis and they were heartier and thrived longer. Also, the tall thinner stalk flower should've been placed lower since the flowers are top heavy in bloom. That stalk collapsed on Sunday. The delivery was Saturday. The other has not dropped but the flowers are drying. Again, if I had not experienced this flower first hand, my review would be different. Your arrangements are normally top notch--regretfully submitted

Looking at the picture of the floral arrangements and feeling like something is missing from the original arrangements on line. Perhaps the photo does not do them justice, but even looking at the smaller arrangement it looks like some of the flowers are already dying. This is making me very sad.
