The picture on the website shows more roses and I ordered the deluxe. It should look more upgraded.

This still doesn't look like the picture. THe case is right but flower arrangement doesn't look like the picture I picked from. I feel like you added a lot ribbons where flowers should be. I appreciate the effort this is not the Ashland Florist I have dealt with in the past.

I'd give it a 2 or 3.. The plants are not balanced; no flow ers on the right side at all like it was crammed in a box & couldn't fill out. I've been spoiled by the super quality of the shop who called you but they néver let me down like this! One of thé flowers was broken off. No bow to make iit special. Very disappointed! He sent me a picture of what he got! I would like you to pick it back up & replace it!!

I did not like my flowers! My 95 year old Aunt did not like them either. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. These flowers cost 100.00. Don't think I will order again.

This wasn't really what I asked for. It was nice but too modern. I asked for a full traditional display just in a shorter vase. Not many flowers for the price.

Appreciate the photo! I know I chose substitutes but this arrangement is way more green than flowers. For $85 I was certainly expecting more flowers. Disappointed.

I have ordered for over 10 years the same arrangements of white daisies with the instructions that I'd like long rectangular arrangements, one sided. This year they were round, circular w flowers on all sides. They were pretty, but not what I ordered. The instructions were very clear so I don't know what happened. I also asked for two bunches of loose white daisies and they were mixed w yellow and purple.if you don't have what's requested I'd rather know so I can make other arrangements. The staff was nice and offered to fix it, but who has time to do that when they are on a schedule? I intend to try again next year, what can I do to ensure my requests are fulfilled?

The arrangement looks dull, not as bright/happy as I was expecting. Can the purple stock flowers please be replaced? They look very droopy. Thank you.

Photo kind of blurry. Looks a lot better on your site. I remember it was mostly pink carnations, don't remember all the white on bottom.

This is not the design I chose and it looks like it has a hole in the center with all the green dumped in the middle.

I actually thought the roses could be fresher, they appear to be wilting and no ribbon was included. I paid over $125 for this and thought it could of been better thanks for your help and I do appreciate the timeliness of the order

I received a photograph of the arrangement I order at 9:20am on February 28th expected them to be delivered shortly after. I called at 1:00pm in the afternoon after nothing was yet delivered and was told that they would be delivered within the hour. I called again at 3:30 with still no flowers and was told that they would be there in "13 minutes". They finally arrived just before 4:00 looking just as I suspected, wilted after sitting on a truck or in the shop for almost 7 hours. These were for my wife on her birthday and you made me look like a complete jerk.

I was beyond enamored by AA's floral design when I first found them in 2021. Unsure who or what changed but something definitely has. Expressed that dahlias were my wife's favorite flower and requested a bouquet of them that showcased/complimented that (she got what's pictured). The customer service is good and they did try to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, this was the remedy--0 for 2. Gonna take a break from them and maybe they'll find their mojo/good designers again.

Very disappointed. I have been ordering anniversary flowers for the past three years from Ashland Addison and have been very happy with the quality of the flowers and the service received. Unfortunately this year the arrangement had a rather scruffy look to it with several leaves folded, torn and with holes in them. Also, I ordered a plush animal to accompany the flowers and never received it. Only upon contacting customer service was I told that it was out of stock. They did refund the price of the plush animal but I remain disappointed that I was never contacted before delivery about the out of stock item. Not a great experience this year.

Overall not a good experience. I have used multiple other companies who have had no issue delivering to the building, inexplicably this couldn't be for some reason. I then called in and was told they would be delivered the following morning, which was needed as it was time sensitive. An hour later I got a call that said they couldn't be delivered until it was too late. Poor communication and unfortunately I can't recommend using this service. I gave two stars because the rep who helped me was pleasant and processed my refund quickly but it was a very big disappointment.

I normally LOVE everything from Ashland Addison. While the plant was gorgeous, the delivery was lacking. I guess I'm used to flowers/plants/arrangements being wrapped in paper when delivered. It was delivered with just a card, no paper or plastic or in a box base and left on a porch. Disappointing.
