I honestly did not like the arrangement this time. It lacked white flowers. The blue seem to be just thrown on there.

Not as colorful and flowing as the photo online. The photo online is purples and pinks, bright and tall around the statue and sweeping around the base. This arrangement does not have the same color feel and flowing sweep of flowers. Usually the photos are similiar. I do not get the same feeling looking at this.

Very very expensive for what is included I could not believe this price point for over $300 not including delivery!!! Mother's Day should not be a day to take advantage of people wanting to give!!!

The picture that was sent to me was beautiful but I do not believe that the same plant was sent to my son. He sent me a picture once it was received as well. And it had yellow leaves, looked smaller and in the front the bow was smashed down into the plant & could barely be seen. I'm definitely disappointed because if that is the case that is an unacceptable business practice.

The picture sent by the florist appears to have less flowers than the picture on the website. The even sadder part is that I paid for an upgrade and instead got a downgrade on the arrangement. I am disappointed with this arrangement. Probably won't be ordering from this place again. I do appreciate getting a photo to view the arrangement.

Not nearly close to what was advertised. They redid the florals after I called about all the filler leaves and then still didn't look like what I paid $100 for.

It is missing the yellow alstroemeria -- there should be an additional 3 sprigs of yellow alstroemeria and since that was my wedding flower, it was a significant item to be included in this bouquet ... it would have also made the arrangement more "sunny". In addition, this means that I did not receive the number of flowers I paid for, since the description is: "The cheerful bouquet includes white hydrangea, yellow roses, crème roses and yellow alstroemeria accented with fresh greenery. delivered in a contemporary glass cube with a mirrored silver finish." I'm disappointed :-( ...

Wow, this looks really bad, sorry, barely anything like the original photo. I'm so disappointed! The yellow and red look so different from what I was wanting visually, I'd honestly prefer you throw this away than deliver it to my friend. This was my first time purchasing flowers from you so I will be sure to never use you for anything in the future.

Sadly, i was extremely disappointed with this transaction. From working with Adrian whom took the order, then discussing my sales issues the Director of Sales, Zoey, I would have thought this order would have been exactly what I ordered. When I received the photo of the arrangement the next day, I called to explain the flowers did not meet my expectations. I again spoke with Adrian and Zoey, and was told the flowers were pulled from delivery, and a senior designer would complete the work. It was also explained to me that one particular flower was not available, thus changing the entire look. I asked why I wasn't called. Zoey confirmed, yes, we should have called you. What I should have done, was cancel the order. My hubby and I have been customers of Ashland Addison for over 25 years. The last few orders, have been quite disappointing. I believe it is time to look for a new florist.

Some of the flowers were old and browned. Given that I paid almost $300 for them (seriously!!), I would have expected more flowers that were healthy and perky. I was disappointed because the flowers were a “congratulations” gift to my daughter and son-in-law in honor of my first grandson being born. Very sad.
