very good customer service, the lady on the phone was really great and explained everything to me, however when i got my flowers four of the dozen i got were already dying, even the bulbs were dead, you can even see it in the photo they sent me

Doesn't pop like the website photo

This doesn't look much like the “gumdrop” photo on the website. I was expecting it to be brighter and include the ranunculusz

Thought I ordered from Flowers by Stated on line that if you ordered by 3 o'clock it was sane day delivery. I ordered at 2:30 and was then told NO same day delivery. Then the next day at 7:30 the delivery person was having trouble with the address. They asked for a house number when I had already provided it two times. The plant that arrived did not contain white flowers like the one I had selected.

As a very regular customer, this arrangement was the biggest disappointment. I explained the flowers would sit on a rectangular table for only six people. I asked that the arrangement be low and more horizontal so we could see easily over the flowers, Instead they sent a vase that was already seven inches high and then some of the flowers were like 16 or 17inches high. when seated you could not see the person across the table. We had to move it to the coffee table in front of the couch.

I've always been pleased with the flowers I've ordered in the past from Ashland Addison florist, but this current order looks like “I phoned it in”. The colors are dull. The design is not interesting. I'm a bit disappointed.

That is NOT like the photo. Not happy.

Not happy with the flowers or the arrangement. To me it's dull and drab and the flowers lack life and vibrancy. Disappointed.

I'm sorry. Can it be placed on a diagonal in between that space between the 4 flowers.

I would like the banner repositioned so it's not hanging straight down. If you could reposition it across at the bottom some way

The gesture was thoughtful, but the flower was damaged. I called the florist (left a VM) and sent a photo of the damaged flower (leaf was brown). No one ever responded.

I ordered 2 Happy Retirement multi color rose arrangements. Compared to the other floral arrangement this order looks thrown together the way the flowers are placed in the vase, weak not fresh baby's breath and the black balloon is too dark for this HAPPY again I say HAPPY Retirement

The arrangement doesn't look like a premium option. It looks more like the basic option. I think you missed the premium option.

Bottom- It looks empty and flowers on the bottom look wilted.it looks sad. Can you fix it?

The vase was horrible. Not what I thought when I said unique for a birthday. A rare miss but I will go with this company again.

I went with the larger flowers and it was $190. This seem very basic and that is no wow factor here.

Disappointing. Had to be staked on arrival as it is leaning in one direction. It's not apparent from the photo.

I expected more balloons for 117.00 but in don't like the red and if you can shorten the strings since numbers are small. Need to cluster the balloons more, happy birthday one to far from others. Maybe 2 more minutes f the pink's instead of red or
