The arrangement that I ordered and what you did is totally different . Doesn't look like the picture. Disappointed!!!

Gorgeous, except for that DARK X'd out area.
I wasn't very impressed with the arrangement. It looked a bit depressing. I ordered on Thursday for a Tuesday delivery and was hoping for a better flower selection. The plastic-wringled leaves were not appreciated.
Really no bow or anything special to dress up the arrangement. I think after all these years I may have to find a new florist. Please add a bow
I sincerely hope the roses look fresher in person then they do in this photo.
Perhaps I am not seeing all sides of the arrangement, however; this is the Bountiful Blessing Centerpiece put in a vase--seems like too much greens and not enough flowers. Look at Bountiful centerpiece and see all the nice fall colors. This does not seem similar to me.
Better but still not as colorful as the photo. I am spending almost $100.00 for a good friend's birthday and I want it to look nice. Otherwise, I am also fine cancelling the order and delivering flowers that I pick up at a store myself.
I think the arrangement looks lopsided. This looks nothing like the photo.
I like the idea of the green plant with fresh flowers. Judging from the picture, I didn't like the plants and maybe it's seasonal, the flowers were not “bright “or cheery. I was disappointed because I have always been pleased with this florist.

Doesn't look like $65 worth of flowers to me! Really? ? ? Delivery was on time as ordered.
I didn't bring them in , but my daughter said that one lily was broken off , and two of the flowers were bent , she didn't elaborate which two , she spruced them up and it looks fantastic .
Would have liked other colors besides yellow & white... “Look at the web page!”
I'm sorry but I don't think this arrangement looks like the one I ordered and I am disappointed. The color scheme and flowers look quite different. We selected the lake breeze design for the delicate light looking Irish bell and delphinium flowers mixed with the subtle mauve and maroon colors shown in the example on the web page. Here the large bright pink daisies and blue hydrangea seem to overpower the other flowers and the mass of dark purple in the back make the arrangement look dark. It is dramatic but not the light airy spring like look we anticipated for this particular 21st birthday gift.
The bouquet looked very bland and empty compared to the picture on the website. Many of the flowers look like they are dying and are shriveled up. I'm honestly very disappointed.
Not happy with the basket that Mr Owens received.
I'm usually “wow'd” by Ashland Addison flower arrangements. But I'm disappointed by this arrangement. It lacks the variety shown in the picture on the website. When I saw the photo that was emailed to me, I had to look at my confirmation email to make sure I ordered Full of Joy. Then I went back to the website and looked at the picture. As I said, “Disappointed.”

These were supposed to be all pink. I confirmed that with your customer rep and it's my receipt. Please call me if you're going to change my order.
The arrangement was pretty but not quite what I had in mind. The arrangements in the past were beautiful with subtle elegance. I will continue to order from Ashland Addison with more detailed floral requests. Thank you, wishing you safety and good health.
I expected a more pastel arrangement for a new baby gift. Colors are too heavy for a nursery!
The roses look very tired. I hope they will last for the recipient. Pretty disappointed from th picture anyway

Most flowers started to wilt and die after 2 days. Not so good for the price I paid however they were beautiful upon arrival.
