It did not seem that full kind of flat not what I expected.
Broken stems in front of bouquet???
These were not bright colored flowers as requested. Nor do they look full - appears to have more filler than anything else.
Disappointed by the end of the prom night the corsage flowers had withered a lot.

The plant was not delivered as pictures. There were no pussy willows in the plant and the cookies were hidden underneath the plant and looked like garbage. I did not receive a picture of the plant prior to delivery; as is standard and was also requested. There were also butterflies requested to be placed on the missing willows. I was told that these would be added prior to Thursday's delivery. The young woman who took my call on Thursday when I called to verify the delivery and to request a picture/detail of delivery, had poor customer service skills and she responded in an inappropriate and very apathetic way to my concern about the order being incorrect. She replied that the order was wrong, but that was how it was going to be, and that she really didn't know what to tell me in regards to my concern about the order going out wrong. I asked for the manager and was told she couldn't take my call. I was transferred to a voice mail, but I never received a call back from the manager at the order location.

Frankly it looks a little skimpy compared with the photo on the website. But the flowers are lovely.
I don't like to be negative, but sometimes constructive criticism can help. There were two issues with this. The first was the color. I needed hot pink and this was more light pink. I tried to order hot pink with light pink accents, but it turned up more light pink. This may have been a communication issue. However, the main problem was that this was lopsided. There was one large rose on one side and nothing on the other side to balance it so it kept leaning over to the heavier side. If this had been a pin corsage, you obviously would have the large, heavy flower on top. Since it was a wrist corsage, it needed to be balanced on both sides. A round design works nicely. This was a design flaw and should be noted for the future.
I am disappointed as this is less than half as full as the photo that I sent for you to duplicate. The person I spoke to assured me that you could duplicate the bouquet. Mother was thankful of course but clearly fell short of expectations. SMH in disappointment.
I came in a week early to place my order. When I went to pick up the flowers they were incorrect and missing flowers that were selected. The women who helped me was very nice and offered a credit. Unfortunately, it does not change the fact that flowers that were selected were missing and there was no time to make a correction.
All three dozen roses were CRAMMED into a SMALL vase which made the arrangement APPEAR tiny. Not good.

The flowers were pretty but not what I ordered. When I spoke to the person on the phone I asked if all 3 containers could contain tulips. She said that could be done. It obviously was not what my daughter received.

I am usually very pleased with my orders. However, this time it appeared there were not as many blooms in my order vs. What is displayed on the website. When I saw the actual order, it looked very sparse. Considering this was a gift, I was disappointed.
What I ordered (should have been like the above) did not look quite the same in person. The tulips were nothing special and for $55 plus shipping etc., they should have been better than what I could have purchased at the local grocery store. Not up to par. I chose Ashland Addison because I have received lovely arrangements in the past from them. I will have to look elsewhere in the future. So disappointed.
Where are the blue flowers?
Flowers were not delivered on time and I was not informed until after business hours that they did not make it in time.
Looked very cheap, I was really disappointed.

Some of the daisies were already wilted when the bouquet was received. The note included with the flowers literally read ‚Äú*heart emoji*‚ÄĚ instead of putting a heart on it. Not the most romantic message. Only reason I gave 2 stars was for same-day delivery. Won't be ordering from here again.
You dropped the ball big tome. I have used your service many times as well as my employer. They referred you to me. Always satisfied. That's why I am so disappointed. I ordere flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. They arrived wilted, half the water missing and the wrap was soaked. She contacted you emidiatly. She was told she would recieve a fresh one the next day. When 3:30 arrived and nothing showed up I called and cancelled. The person I talked to was very understanding and canceled. I don't understand why this happened. Seams to me it should gotten there early the next day. The reason for sending them to her work was so she can enjoy them. I was told they were on there way late afternoon. This was unexceptable. I have still not recieved an email confirming the cancellation. I have lost all faith in you.
I paid for expedited delivery on these flowers, however my wife did not get the flowers until after 5pm, I feel that was inappropriate.
