I expected more balloons for 117.00 but in don't like the red and if you can shorten the strings since numbers are small. Need to cluster the balloons more, happy birthday one to far from others. Maybe 2 more minutes f the pink's instead of red or

Well, I feel disappointed for the price I paid. The bouquet looks very different from the photo on your website, not as many flowers as I'd hoped for, given the large vase.

I was shocked by the arrgement compared to all other flowers that I have order from you. Since I spoke to n answering service, I really don't know if you or a third party did the arrangement. I don't consider the the flowers to be in a “basket”. For the price, they were the smallest rrangement. The photo looks much better than what was delivered

We ordered the Secret Garden Basket because it is lovely. This is not that.

Flowers were unimaginative and not natural in color. Small , industrial display I could have purchased at any retail outlet.

The color scheme is nice, but there's more greenery than flowers on one side. Could you balance it better next time? It was not what we had in mind. We've been clients for more than 35 years.

This picture still does not look anything like the picture I received when I ordered the arrangement. Talked to someone on the phone and it looks like all the did was rearrange the flowers from the original picture added a few green stems and resent. This arrangement is no worth $100.

I ordered the European Dish Garden Medium not the Moss Basket. My mom is 92 she didnt appreciate the Moss basket to her it seemed as if the plant needed a planter. I have never been disappointed by your service before.

This still doesn't look like the picture. THe case is right but flower arrangement doesn't look like the picture I picked from. I feel like you added a lot ribbons where flowers should be. I appreciate the effort this is not the Ashland Florist I have dealt with in the past.

I'd give it a 2 or 3.. The plants are not balanced; no flow ers on the right side at all like it was crammed in a box & couldn't fill out. I've been spoiled by the super quality of the shop who called you but they néver let me down like this! One of thé flowers was broken off. No bow to make iit special. Very disappointed! He sent me a picture of what he got! I would like you to pick it back up & replace it!!

I did not like my flowers! My 95 year old Aunt did not like them either. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. These flowers cost 100.00. Don't think I will order again.

This wasn't really what I asked for. It was nice but too modern. I asked for a full traditional display just in a shorter vase. Not many flowers for the price.

Please put me down for a tropical arrangement in the future. I'm on Judy Saslow's list. The orchids are not so great. Sorry

Appreciate the photo! I know I chose substitutes but this arrangement is way more green than flowers. For $85 I was certainly expecting more flowers. Disappointed.

I have ordered for over 10 years the same arrangements of white daisies with the instructions that I'd like long rectangular arrangements, one sided. This year they were round, circular w flowers on all sides. They were pretty, but not what I ordered. The instructions were very clear so I don't know what happened. I also asked for two bunches of loose white daisies and they were mixed w yellow and purple.if you don't have what's requested I'd rather know so I can make other arrangements. The staff was nice and offered to fix it, but who has time to do that when they are on a schedule? I intend to try again next year, what can I do to ensure my requests are fulfilled?

The arrangement looks dull, not as bright/happy as I was expecting. Can the purple stock flowers please be replaced? They look very droopy. Thank you.

Photo kind of blurry. Looks a lot better on your site. I remember it was mostly pink carnations, don't remember all the white on bottom.

Disappointed none of the gladiolus were opened. I was led to believe one or two were already opened.
