Hi those look nice but they aren't the colors I chose. Any chance they can be the dark and moody color I chose? I just tried to call but there is no answer
you always do such pretty work but this is lacking compared to the photo ~ preference would be more ethereal and white and i have to look back at the website b/c i don't recall the stars
I know this arrangement will be beautifully bloomed in a day or two and i don't mind that this has a few buds, but I would prefer slightly less greenery and fully bloomed flowers. This picture on your website is ideal. Thank you!

My sister indicated that much of the arrangement was broken/dead when she received it.
My initial review has changed on the third day. Most of my hydrangeas are dying they're drooping. I did specifically what the instructions stated. I added water each day and then on the third day, which was Saturday I change the water and add the food and oh most of them are drooping and dying. I am a little disappointed. I thought they would last longer than that.
I thought it would look more like the picture I chose from.
These don't really look like the one I ordered from photo online. The one online had a wider, short vase and less green. I ordered 18 rather than 24 but thought it would have the same look, just less roses. https://www.ashaddflorist.com/flowers/assorted-roses-copy/

O ordered this arrangement because it was shown in pictures with a Santa sleigh as the container. It was a nice Xmas touch. I was somewhat disappointed to receive it with a substitute container. The flowers were lovely.
While the arrangement of the flowers was like the pictures the quality of the flowers was not great. They did not look fresh. I received another arrangement as a gift around the same time and the quality and freshness of the flowers were significantly different.
Not as pleasing as the display. Disappointing in fact : (. I hope she likes it but now I have my doubts.
Not colorful enough and not to my liking frankly. I am rather disappointed.
I normally love your work. This arrangement looks flatter, less reds and darker reds and quickly put together based on how the greens are sticking out. I hope it looks better live.
Thank you for sharing this photo. I don't care for all of that grass (or carnations). If you're able to replace with something shorter (evergreen? pine cones? more poinsettia even?) before delivery that would be great.
Based on what your website showed the arrangement would be like, what you actually made, although pretty, does not have nearly the number of roses/berries/or flowers. For $100.00+ a bit dissappointed.
The arrangement looks much less colorful than the photo that was on the site. And not as full. Can you please add more flowers? There is a lot of green. In addition to adding more flowers, it would help to space out the flowers more. For example, the roses are all bunched in the same place. Please space the flowers out to add more color throughout the bouquet and add more bouquets.
I asked for a wispy wildflower arrangement like we purchased last year, unfortunately this arrangement fell short of that.
The sunflowers all wilted within a day, even when following instructions. Not very happy with this, although the arrangement was pretty.
The yellow candles do not look great. Orange or another fall color - rust color would have been nice. This is the first time I am writing a review of which is negative. Usually I am wowed. Also, the other day I received a $10 off email to order Thanksgiving flowers. I ordered these before the coupon, but could not get through to ask if $10 could be credited to my payment. A tad disappointed client. I do not want this rate/review published. Thank You
Beautiful but I wish more flowers
It looked pretty; however I preferred the one online with the white kale. Also, the filler on this one looked messy.
