The arrangement is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, my roses are starting to wilt already

Had hoped it to be a smaller tight arrangement of pink and red flowers. ( roses? Tulips?) Love receiving photos. Y I use you😊

The order was delivered promptly as requested and it is nice that they send a photo of the item they delivered. The picture of the peace lily on their website had multiple blooms on the peace lily. Although the pic of what they delivered looked like a nice plant, without any blooms on the peace lily it simply looked like a green plant.

No, I am not totally pleased with this. The ceramic pot is nowhere near as nice as the one pictured on the website.

It looks much better than the other one. Unfortunately, it's not the colors I asked for, but at least it's pretty. I think she'll like it. I asked for pink and purple and I don't see any of that in there. I appreciate you showing me the picture. Like I said, I think she'll like it.

Too expensive for the size and type of arrangement plus the delivery charge to go a few blocks is criminal. Other than those, the flowers served their purpose and brightened the day of a hospital patient.

You've sent beautiful things when I order from you.. this looks like 2/3's are already in full bloom .. hopefully they last more than a couple of days

The arraignment we purchased was very nice, however it was not delivered on the promised day. (A birthday) turns out they had an incorrect address number (215 rather that 250) It happens, I get it. But why wouldn't I receive a call when it became apparent that it was undeliverable? I did receive an email explaining that the delivery had failed, but no details. I assumed the party was not home and they would try again later. I called the next day and they told me the number must be wrong. I had to call them??? System failure.

I was hoping for more lilies in the arrangement.

Thank you for sending me a picture. This is a nice looking arrangement, but it isn't anything like the one in the picture on the website.

I enjoyed getting the photo, but the flowers were not worth the value I paid. The colors were bright which was great. I order flowers through LaSalle all the time for work. This arrangement was a lot more expensive (almost double) and was the same as what I receive from LaSalle.

I don't think it's as full or impressive as the online photos was for the price.

Flowers are nice but I ordered the Bright and Cheery arrangement. The Pic you sent doesn't look anything like the arrangement.

The flowers are lovely, very fresh and holding up well after several days. But may I suggest you rethink the practice of sending these messages? If I spend a considerable sum to send flowers to a loved one, they are likely mourning or celebrating some personal event, and I don't want my gift to come with intrusive marketing messages.

Wish the lilies were pink like on your website! Can you change it to something pink?? Also the balloon! The blue balloon looks so manly and it's going to a woman! Otherwise okay. Thanks though for the picture.

I do appreciate getting a picture but am Very disappointed to see so many tulips which won't last.The roses seem to already be opened also. It is not an artistic or unusual arrangement I ask for, just flowers stuck in a vase.

Not quite as full as I expected the roses look a bit old

The colors snd selection of flowers were very pretty. However, some of the flowers were old around the edges of the blooms.

Love the flowers--not sure about the vase though--I prefer clear glass.

I was not at all pleased with the quality of the flowers in the bouquet I ordered. The rose petals were wilted around the edges and the carnations also looked old.

While the arrangement is big, it lost the softness of the tender embrace bouquet I'd hoped to send
