Thank you for sending me a picture. This is a nice looking arrangement, but it isn't anything like the one in the picture on the website.

I enjoyed getting the photo, but the flowers were not worth the value I paid. The colors were bright which was great. I order flowers through LaSalle all the time for work. This arrangement was a lot more expensive (almost double) and was the same as what I receive from LaSalle.

Flowers are nice but I ordered the Bright and Cheery arrangement. The Pic you sent doesn't look anything like the arrangement.

The flowers are lovely, very fresh and holding up well after several days. But may I suggest you rethink the practice of sending these messages? If I spend a considerable sum to send flowers to a loved one, they are likely mourning or celebrating some personal event, and I don't want my gift to come with intrusive marketing messages.

Wish the lilies were pink like on your website! Can you change it to something pink?? Also the balloon! The blue balloon looks so manly and it's going to a woman! Otherwise okay. Thanks though for the picture.

I do appreciate getting a picture but am Very disappointed to see so many tulips which won't last.The roses seem to already be opened also. It is not an artistic or unusual arrangement I ask for, just flowers stuck in a vase.

The colors snd selection of flowers were very pretty. However, some of the flowers were old around the edges of the blooms.

I was not at all pleased with the quality of the flowers in the bouquet I ordered. The rose petals were wilted around the edges and the carnations also looked old.

The design is beautiful but the use of only white and green is kind of boring and lacks depth and dimension. Would love to see more colors used.

Thanks for delivering the flowers and sharing a pic. 3 stars because I expected some more flowers compared to the display picture in the site. The flowers and arrangement still look pretty.

The plant is extremely healthy but for the amount paid I was shocked at how small it is. I thought we were purchasing a large plant to be placed on an office floor. The plant is too large for a desk but looks awkward/too small to be on the floor.

I had ordered a extremely fragrant bouquet. I initially wanted to spend $60 and was told bouquet would be extremely small. Upped it to $90. Bouquet appears small and had hoped for more fragrant flowers. First time that my prefer thru you guys did not meet my expectations. Sorry!

It doesn't look like the picture that was advertised on your website, there are none of the white flowers in between, they also doesn't look like there are 24 roses in there which I ordered

The flowers were true to the picture. I've never had a problem before but this time the flowers came lose from the base the centerpiece. Flowers were on the floor around were they sat.
