A nice display and prompt delivery however the flowers didn't completely match the picture on the website. Could have used some more blue for a baby boy.
I'M HOPING THERE WERE AT LEAST A DOZEN FLOWERS IN THIS ARRANGEMENT ... DOESN'T REALLY LOOK LIKE IT THOUGH.

It's a beautiful arrangement but that's not how I was told the ribbon would look.
Im not entirely satisfied with the bouquet for the amount of money I paid for it. Maybe it's just the picture not doing it justice. I don't see any white flowers or purple lisianthus. Maybe I misunderstood thinking I would be able to pick the flowers I wanted used. I did receive good customer service, so I might try ordering from here again soon.
I like the color combination, but I don't like how bent the tulips are.
Flowers were a nice length but the flowers were wilted already when they arrived
Arrangement nice but it was different from what I described I wanted. I told him I wanted cheerful and colorful. From picture it appears dark and not cheerful.
I didn't order flowers. I did order balloons and another item. there was a mix up on my end but this company was very kind and rush to fix the mistake asap. very friendly customer service!
The flowers themselves were beautiful. Fresh, crisp and true to color. However, this ordering process was typical of my recent ordering experiences with Ashland-Addison. I have been a customer for many years, and can honestly say that for 25 years this company had been one of the best I have ever dealt with. Their products were of the highest quality, their service was impeccable. They always did what they said they were going to do and did it on time. But in the last couple of years, my experiences indicate they have gotten sloppy, seem to scrimp on the product and don't particularly care about it. Examples: 1)The email ad I received for this product said 50% off in big headline numbers. I called to place the order and while providing my information I noticed the price, in smaller letters down lower, was 33% off. I asked the phone rep and her response was Oh well, probably typo. Oh well?? 2)The order appeared to be for a dozen roses, but it was eleven. They didn't advertise a number but if you are used to ordering flowers, you see what appears to be a dozen at quick glance, so you think it is. After reviewing the picture, I was wrong. It was eleven. They got my order this time, but lost a considerable degree of trust. 3) Our previous order was a multicolored baby bouquet with prominent white and pink roses. Upon delivery, the product looked nice, but there were no white roses. My wife left a message about this but received no response. Let me emphasize that Ashland-Addison still provides a decent product. But this experience and others in the past 2 years have left something to be desired. For the prices charged, I am beginning to think that driving to the neighborhood florist may now be the way to go.
I had to call to see what you sent. I think your delivery fees are expensive!! The delivery was 5 minutes from your shop.

Arrangement is nice, however since I ordered the large version I thought it would be fuller. Still pretty.
The flowers received were pretty, but not what I ordered. Not as pictured.
the plants chosen will out grow this pot very quickly, would have liked smaller growing plants chosen for this pot
No crazy about the red flowers, it's hard to see what it is.

I was a little disappointed in the arrangement this year. It appears droppy and wilted and not very artfully arranged. Not enough color. Looks like something I made. The employee on the phone was courteous and kind and delivery was good.
Thanks for the picture. The arrangement has all the right flowers but it falls short on amount. The picture has at least 6 roses and more lillies. My arrangements doesn't really look full. I paid 75.00 dollars and expected a better looking centerpiece.
The arrangement was cute enough for a little girl's birthday, but having paid extra for a morning delivery (by noon) it was not there by noon. It arrived almost an hour late and although I was refunded the extra fee for early delivery it was an inconvenience. They also did not update the inside greeting as requested and assured it would be taken care of. So, overall a mediocre experience.
Beautiful upon arrival but the Hyacinths(blue and white flowers) were very wilted the next day. My other daughter's order (Julie Budine) was lovely even three days later (hyacinths lasted slightly longer).
The floral arrangement was awesome but what I paid for the stuffed animal the size wasn't worth it.
