Compared with the picture I ordered, the order made looks like a lot of greenery & a lot less flowers. I picked the Hello Sunshine because of how bright & uplifting it was with all the flowers. The order made is still beautiful just feel like they skimped on the flowers & replaced with greens. I appreciate receiving the photo tho.
Looks a little sparse in comparison with the one on the website.
Although the wreath look nice, it was different from what I ordered.

Doesn't look like the color scheme I ordered. Mine was pastel. This is not. I'm kind of disappointed. I ordered directly from you because I wanted to get what I ordered. Not get something similar like when you use FTD 😞
Looks better but I still think it's not real bright and happy in the pictures
The flowers were lovely in the picture but they only look good from this angle. The other side (that is laying in the counter) is flat and sparse appearing.
The flowers were beautiful, but the cake was bland and not the one pictured or the one I ordered.
The picture in your on line add shows 5 roses and 4 open day lilies. I only count 3 roses and 2 open day lilies in this arrangement. Nice arrangement but I think you owe me more flowers. Thank you for sending the picture for review.
Although I do like Ashland Addison's customer service... their team is always very polite and makes you feel like an important customer. I would be lying if I did not say that I was rather shocked by the arrangement that I spent 100$ on. Although I had a coupon for 50% off... The arrangement looked like it would have cost around 50$ and something that I could have picked up at my local Jewels. I am rather disappointed to see that that is as far as 100$ could go.
The biggest problem was a mess up on the delivery. I ordered for same day on Friday but they were not delivered so I had to call on Monday. It was resolved and the assistance was very accommodating, however the surprise was spoiled. On the arrangement: it did not look a whole lot like the online picture. I did like receiving a photo.
Why does this arrangement look wilted?
The photo on the website has much more flowers in it than this one
I was disappointed to find that the arrangement had no flowers in the back, it was only a three sided arrangement. I was going to put it on a low coffee table, but half of the people sitting around it would have only seen stems.
Hi, since my order got pushed back one day, is it possible to switch out some of the lighter colors to more vivid ones? My daughter loves coral, brighter colors?
The flowers are quite nice. The manner of delivery was a problem. The person who delivered the flowers left the flowers downstairs in the lobby of a large building without notifying the recipient that the flowers had been delivered. Fortunately, the flowers were still there much later in the day.
The flowers are beautiful but I am disappointed because I asked for cream, white and gold and I see what looks like orange. The original picture looks more like what I expected. Is there anything that can be done?
Looking better - I like that it's a wider / bursting look now. Can you add more yellow (?) colors to make it “brighter day” as the website had. My girlfriend lost her job, trying to “brighten” up a tad more. Thank you!
Hi, We're so sorry, you did your very best and we thank you! However, the arrangement lacked the bright blooms and the brown wicker basket which does not look even. Our arrangement just did not measure up to the European Dish Garden (overflowing and perfect) arrangement as shown online via your Ashland Addison Florist website. It is not as colorful or bright as I would like…or am used to from this team. I seems mostly green.
They are beautiful but I had asked for tulips. So I'm disappointed and confused as to why they are roses and what looks to be irises.
So much better than first arrangement sent to me. Very frustrating though that this is second time I've had to call to complain that an arrangement that was about to be delivered was not at all like pictured on your website! (I had a previous order in November) I do appreciate that when I called to complain this time & last time you rectified & redid the arrangement. But, I feel like I should not have to do that!! Thank goodness you send the photos. I would love to feel confident using you without having to call to complain about the initial design. I wish I could send you screen shots of what the website shows & what was going to be delivered. A simple but significant difference was the website showed a ballon & the initial design didn't even have that!! It showed plenty of roses on the website but the initial design showed mostly greenery. I'm not sure how to rate you.. I would say one star but you did fix it but it shouldn't take me complaining to get it fixed. I will give you another chance in the future but I will pray that the first arrangement looks like what is pictured! Not a bait & switch until I complain! Thank you for fixing your mistake & redoing. I do appreciate that.
Arrangement seemed smaller than I expected but was adequate for the purpose (Buddhist altar flowers). Glad the instructions for a low container and white carnations instead of yellow roses were followed - wish I could give even more detailed instructions. This arrangement was much more expensive than larger ones I got from other florists.
Compared to the website pic, the received arrangement did not look as full (less flowers?) and bit lopsided & therefore not as attractive. Am disappointed.
