The services are very good, but the flowers seems like stale.
I thought this would be a more generous size for the price.
I had requested flowers that were featured in your ad. The selection I had specified was listed as Adoring You. These are pretty but do not look anything like what I had requested, Also the pink ribbon does not match the flowers although it would have if the arrangement had been the one I requested. Don;t know where the miscommunication occurred. Im disappointed...
Ordered a dozen roses $120.00- these don't appear to be a dozen. I specifically asked for no baby breathes

Way too much green - I ordered them specifically for COLOR and they were a bit droopy as you can see in the picture. Disappointing.

The flowers were lovely but $14.00 for deliver is too much to pay when the receipent is 2 blocks away.
The arrangement was beautiful. However it arrived much later than the time discussed when the order was placed. The office did not receive any notice that the delivery would be late.

The bouquet ordered was costly for what it was. Looks like maybe a $40-45 arrangement and cost double that. I was pretty bummed when I received the photo of the order. My other irritation was that I ordered for a new mother at the hospital and a day later had still not received the confirmation of flower delivery. I called to follow up and they apparently had the spelling of the name wrong and so the arrangement was not yet delivered. No one phoned me to folllow up if there was confusion. And the mother was discharged from the hospital later that day. Had I not called to follow up in time she may not have received her order before leaving. All in all I just wish I had saved my sentiment and ordered flowers to their house from a different florist.

A nice display and prompt delivery however the flowers didn't completely match the picture on the website. Could have used some more blue for a baby boy.
I'M HOPING THERE WERE AT LEAST A DOZEN FLOWERS IN THIS ARRANGEMENT ... DOESN'T REALLY LOOK LIKE IT THOUGH.

It's a beautiful arrangement but that's not how I was told the ribbon would look.
Im not entirely satisfied with the bouquet for the amount of money I paid for it. Maybe it's just the picture not doing it justice. I don't see any white flowers or purple lisianthus. Maybe I misunderstood thinking I would be able to pick the flowers I wanted used. I did receive good customer service, so I might try ordering from here again soon.
I like the color combination, but I don't like how bent the tulips are.

Arrangement nice but it was different from what I described I wanted. I told him I wanted cheerful and colorful. From picture it appears dark and not cheerful.
I didn't order flowers. I did order balloons and another item. there was a mix up on my end but this company was very kind and rush to fix the mistake asap. very friendly customer service!
The flowers themselves were beautiful. Fresh, crisp and true to color. However, this ordering process was typical of my recent ordering experiences with Ashland-Addison. I have been a customer for many years, and can honestly say that for 25 years this company had been one of the best I have ever dealt with. Their products were of the highest quality, their service was impeccable. They always did what they said they were going to do and did it on time. But in the last couple of years, my experiences indicate they have gotten sloppy, seem to scrimp on the product and don't particularly care about it. Examples: 1)The email ad I received for this product said 50% off in big headline numbers. I called to place the order and while providing my information I noticed the price, in smaller letters down lower, was 33% off. I asked the phone rep and her response was Oh well, probably typo. Oh well?? 2)The order appeared to be for a dozen roses, but it was eleven. They didn't advertise a number but if you are used to ordering flowers, you see what appears to be a dozen at quick glance, so you think it is. After reviewing the picture, I was wrong. It was eleven. They got my order this time, but lost a considerable degree of trust. 3) Our previous order was a multicolored baby bouquet with prominent white and pink roses. Upon delivery, the product looked nice, but there were no white roses. My wife left a message about this but received no response. Let me emphasize that Ashland-Addison still provides a decent product. But this experience and others in the past 2 years have left something to be desired. For the prices charged, I am beginning to think that driving to the neighborhood florist may now be the way to go.
I had to call to see what you sent. I think your delivery fees are expensive!! The delivery was 5 minutes from your shop.
