I order 3 balloons and only 1 came
I like that the tulips will open but I expected many colors like the tulips pictured on the website.

Il have to see it in person seems sparse for the cost
While it is a pretty centerpiece for our table, it did not seem as large as in previous years when we have placed the same order. In previous years, the arrangement was a little fuller and longer and had more greens. Also, this is the first year that we can remember that it didn't include white taper candles.

The photo showed this arrangement with red roses. I'm hoping that the dark red flowers in the middle are red roses. If not, I'm disappointed. For the $60 arrangement, I would think you could substitute the roses for the carnations. That would make a much more elegant bouquet.
I had received this arrAngement and it was beautiful so I reordered it for myself but I was disappointed that the flowers weren't as robust as the first arrangement. It is still beautiful but needs more flowers...
This looks a bit skimpy compared to the picture shown on your website. I am hoping that it is just the angle the picture was taken. We have been lifelong customers and know how great your flowers are so i will keep my fingers crossed that this order looks better in realtime.
Initially disappointed that I received an arrangement that was not what I ordered with no communication from Ashland Addison. But after my call to complain, a beautiful replacement arrangement in the colors originally expected were provided by the evening.

To dark for a fall centerpiece......thought it would have brighter fall flowers !????
Looks a lot smaller then the online sample picture, also has a lot less roses/flowers then the online picture sample. For the price, I really thought this would have been filled with white flowers.
They looked better on the web page looks small for $100.00
The arrangement is very pretty, but much more muted than the one pictured on the website. It doesn't “pop” the way I had hoped. I know I specified no carnations so that is on me. I asked for dramatic, and I'm not feeling it. Hopefully it's the lighting.
I would like to commend the gentleman who took both my orders and made efforts to ensure that they would be delivered the same afternoon despite one being "out of area. Thank you. The flowers are okay, but I was expecting something fuller. The gentleman that I spoke to was trying to be helpful but did not seem to know which flowers are in season in the colors that I wanted. He was not in the shop that I was directly calling to but mentioned blue hydrangea. I do not see that full flower in the arrangement, and it appears that the flowers were arranged at a different location. It would be helpful to have staff that can see the selection of stock when they are working with customers.

I'm the recipient of the flowers. I had sent you an e-mail this morning advising the arrangement is beautiful but that the lilies were bent when they arrived at 1:45pm Thursday afternoon and the lilies were completely wilted by this morning (Saturday). I had requested someone give me a call but didn't hear back from you today. Very disappointing considering what my Mother had paid for the arrangement.
