The plant is extremely healthy but for the amount paid I was shocked at how small it is. I thought we were purchasing a large plant to be placed on an office floor. The plant is too large for a desk but looks awkward/too small to be on the floor.

It doesn't look as beautiful and full as the original online photo. The succulent looks lost in the pot of other greenery. Always love receiving photos

I had ordered a extremely fragrant bouquet. I initially wanted to spend $60 and was told bouquet would be extremely small. Upped it to $90. Bouquet appears small and had hoped for more fragrant flowers. First time that my prefer thru you guys did not meet my expectations. Sorry!

It doesn't look like the picture that was advertised on your website, there are none of the white flowers in between, they also doesn't look like there are 24 roses in there which I ordered

The flowers were true to the picture. I've never had a problem before but this time the flowers came lose from the base the centerpiece. Flowers were on the floor around were they sat.

This looks a bit small for the amount I paid. I upgraded to the middle level and was expecting something a bit fuller. On the positive side, the flowers used are pretty.

Only two orchids were in bloom. We trust the others will bloom. But as far as a presentation to the person receiving it they'll have to trust the beauty will be coming.

The arrangement was large but lacked the gladiolas which was the only request. When I called to request gladiolas, I was told they would be added only to be lied to. It was nice to have the photo ahead of time to know what to expect but it was not what i asked for.

Although flowers are lovely this is not what is shown on your website. I can't tell if the "Baby" block is used for vase. Perhaps a different angle of the photo would give a better view.

sorry, I used to be in the flower business, and though these roses are very beautiful, they're very very opened and clients like flowers to last longer than 3 days. 5 days to a week would be acceptable. no worries I've already thanked the sender, Rachael Ray, and thanked her for the beautiful floral arrangement. 👍

Blooms are lacking and missing third type of flower that was pictured. Upgraded to deluxe as well. Height is also much higher than pictured and expected: some due to vase but placement of blue/purple flowers seems way to high from the rest of the bouquet.

These flowers are terrible color I liked the pink color better Usually I truly love my orchid from you these I don't that's why I'm giving 3 stars Normally 5 stars these don't light up the house
