Third try was the best. Appreciate you're making it over. I do like medium tall arrangements better than low ones. I don't understand the designers liking to go so low all the time. Centerpieces are only good for dinner parties to me. Appreciate your efforts and sorry I am so difficult to please!! The flowers are each lovely!! Thank you! And the pictures do help!! Thanks again!

Very pretty - but my concern is that large one is way too large. I wanted it somewhat bigger than the mediums but it looks 3 times the size and may “overtake” the table. Oh dear.

The above picture is not the centerpiece that I ultimately received as I refused this one as not being what I ordered. Thanks to Adrian's assistance I received a replacement that was more in line with my original order of pastels- tulips, lilies, gerberas and roses.

Flowers were extremely beautiful but ribbon misspelled deceased children's names despite being correctly entered into order. Ribbon not visible in preview pic and I recommended this be standard processing going forward to avoid this situation for other families. We were refunded the $15 dollar cost of ribbon on the back end. delivery was ordered to a church where the wake was being held. The church has a ring doorbell and is remotely unlocked when deliveries arrive as this is a standard practice for may wakes. But for some reason, multiple calls were made with questions about delivery prior to the delivery arrival and due to circumstances phone not answered, eventually the funeral home, where the body was held was contacted, even though that facility was not listed in the order. Unfortunately, this resulted in the deceased son receiving a phone call from the funeral home and being required to make multiple call to coordinate this delivery himself despite the fact that if they had just shown up to the provided address, they would've pressed the ring doorbell, and the door would've been unlocked. While I did appreciate the high amount of diligence to make sure floral was delivered on time this could have been managed better.

It was nice to receive a photo. The plant was very nice, but the pot it was in was very plain and cheap looking. It was disappointing compared to what I thought I ordered.
