I don't like it , it looks like a rush job
It does't look anything like the one in the picture. Do NOT deliver this. Its not cheery at all.
I never understood why companies choose to do this. You show us a picture because you believe you can replicate it so why am u left with a flower arrangement that is miss arranged. I mean isn't that in the name arrangement. I'm sorry for my harsh comment but this just too much its absolutely nothing like the picture actually the box is the same
Not at alll what I consider a Xmas arrangement. Where are the flowers? I'm not a happy customer ...

This is very small. Additionally, it is described as a rose garden heart. There are barely any roses on this. I am highly disappointed. An absolute waste of $200.
I am very disappointed with this arrangement. It really looks sloppy compared to the one presented on your website. I would like to speak to a representative regarding this order. This is embarrassing.
I was charged $85 for something that probably should've cost about $25. I was disappointed in every way with the presentation. I wanted a baby themed container and got a basket with a purple ribbon and some dreary looking flowers/plants. Never again!

Disappointed. The purple flowers were not fresh when delivered.
They were a lovely design but looked failing when they arrived. By the end of the day on Thursday 11/26 several flowers and some of the greens had fallen out of the arrangement, and others were drooping a lot. We had to throw it away. This is my first negative experience with you. I was very disappointed.
I have been a customer of Ashland for many years. I am very disappointed that this delivery was not handled properly. To my knowledge, the delivery has yet to be made. Nor have I or the expected recipient received an explanatory call. I am very disappointed.
The fact I have zero pin for the men's order was insane and what I had ordered wasn't right the first time - customer service wasn't great - won't be using again.
No really what I had in mind or the photos I shared. Looks cheap both the bouquet and men's flower. Amanda

Hi Rita - yes, there are 12 roses in this design. Glad we got to talk to you over he phone as well.
I spent $75 for a larger bouquet mostly greens and whites with a little bit of blue. It was nothing like I expected. Even the picture they sent me of it I was disappointed with But was already at the hospital so didn't see until I was home. The picture even though wrong colors looked better then the actual one that arrived. So couldn't change anything. When the arrangement arrived I picked it up from the desk and was so disappointed when I saw it. Mostly green and yellow some blue stuck in and then one extra large blue flowers. It was droopy the center of some of the yellow flowers were brown in the middle plus some of the green ones where already turning brown. I could have cried these were for my daughter that just had a baby. I had to give to her. She said she liked them but I know she really wasn't impressed. I just feel so bad will probably Buy her different ones once she is home. I am just sick about it. I will say the woman that took my order was very nice and the balloon was cute. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I don't give bad reviews ever but just so disappointed.

Those are NOT the flowers we discussed. Should be pink white and yellow. This is awful looking. They don't even match
Not impressed! Look at the colorful picture on your web page of my original selection....
Nor impressed with the “dull” colors.... Have ordered this before earlier this month and a bit brighter! Dull lavender Gerber daisies....
Hello. I am a bit disappointed. There are not nearly the amount of stems and fullness as there is on your website. I see very little roses and very few mini carnations. I would appreciate if you could send something that looks like the photo on your website or refund. This is precisely the reason why I don't like to do online ordering but there's no way around it. I called your office to inform you about the poor quality of the funeral flower arrangement that was delivered. By far this was the worst arrangement we have ever received from you—and we spent nearly $300 on it. Prior arrangements from you had outstanding flowers but this one was a complete fail and was delivered to our sister-in-law‘s funeral services. Some of the flowers were wilted the next day. If you engaged another florist For this order I would suggest that you not use them again.

Very disappointing I ordered $35.00 of bright fresh cuts, not all what I expected The only thing bright about this may be the sunflowers bummer
Seems like there is more green foliage than flowers in the arrangement, compared to what is advertised on the website.
