I am writing to let you know of my disappointment, once again, in my order. I have been a loyal and patient customer of yours since 2012. Your files will show I have spent thousands of dollars on flowers from you. I order the same arrangement every time with the same instructions - please make sure the yellow roses are buds and not opened. In fact, the latest order has those instructions clearly on the invoice. And every time, I have to call back when the flowers are delivered to let you know that the roses are all open. When I called today, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do- the flowers are cut and they're all opened so that's that. This is my last order.

The flower arrangement sent to Mindy on Sunday, the 10th, was not this one, however, I was not very pleased with it. I requested birds of paradise, and the arrangement had none, also, I requested a vibrant summer like arrangement, and received white short stem roses. On all my previous orders, all the flower arrangements have been stunning. Thank you.

Even the picture looks like the flowers are sad. What happened? The recipient says they look battered and that does not look like a deluxe flower arrangement. What happened?

I CALLED IN AND YOU WERE GOING TO REPLACE THEPEACH COLORED FLOWERS WITH PINK FLOWERS. I DID NOT SEE THE REPLACEMENT ARRANGEMENT. .NOR HAVE I HEARD FROM KATHY JOHNSON, THE RECIPIENT. CANNOT GIVE YOU MORE INFO.

Absolutely not - to replace the missing flowers with roses, and at the price, it looks horrible. very disappointing.

They are pretty but within 24 hours they are opened too much and were too open when deliverEd . They will not last long and for this price they should last longer. I have been a customer for a long time and this has never happened before like this. Very disappointed even jewelry roses last longer than this .

I sent flowers to both of my daughters and pick the same selection for both. You delivered one of them the wrong flower. Look up Caroline Cummins va Grace Cummins-Faxon. Different flowers!!! It's never happened before w u all!

No ribbons around the vase?!!! And, It looks a lot more colorful on your website! Somewhat disappointed! This is pretty bland looking compared with the picture you posted!

I ordered from what I thought was a local Naperville Florist! The guy was very rude, wouldn't listen to me about delivery details and that is where I started thinking he was not really a “local” florist. Now, I know for sure what a fraud! I had no intention of ordering from your company, no wonder it was so impersonal. The next time I use online services, impersonal but not a fraud!

Flower should be delivered after 12 noon ( during lunch time) however was delivered after 4 pm. I called several times and customer service by Karen was absolutely not professional ( arrogant). Anna tried to help and I was promised call back from manager ( never happened).

So unhappy with this order, flowers was delivered 2.5 days after order was placed and was fully bloomed and have about 2-3 days left to live.

I received these flowers as a very special gift. It meant a lot to this gift. However, when I opened them up, I was very disappointed in the finished product. The flowers didn't look like this photo. In the photo, they look fresh and lively. The flowers I received looked tired and rather sad. I was to say the least very disappointed. The white roses looked old and limp. I was shocked the Ashlash Addison would send something out like this to someone. I will tell the sender not to use this florist again.

Im disappointed. I paid premium and this arrangement not only doesnt look esthetic like all my previous orders but the very next day 10/31/2025 the flowers are dead.

Unfortunately, the flowers for my mother's late husband didn't arrive the day promised or even the day after . My husband had to initiate a refund. Not sure why they didn't arrive.

This is not even close to the arrangement pictured on your website. Why are there so many dark, ugly flowers included. Very disappointed!
