Im disappointed. I paid premium and this arrangement not only doesnt look esthetic like all my previous orders but the very next day 10/31/2025 the flowers are dead.

Unfortunately, the flowers for my mother's late husband didn't arrive the day promised or even the day after . My husband had to initiate a refund. Not sure why they didn't arrive.

This is not even close to the arrangement pictured on your website. Why are there so many dark, ugly flowers included. Very disappointed!

Nothing like the picture at all. Not pleased. Expected prettier and more vibrant colors like what was in the picture. Spent a lot of money to be disappointed.

Kind of disappointed with this arrangement as this one seems kind of ordinary. Last year's arrangement was exceptional.

Flowers were not delivered where they were supposed to go- just dumped at reception of a large building despite specific instructions. Not pleased.

I was not pleased. The photo is not what was delivered. The arrangement had a few basic Jewel grocery store flowers and mostly green weed filler. Clearly not an 85 dollar arrangement.

I was quite disappointed in this arrangement. The overall design feels unbalanced—the purple hydrangea dominates, and the baby eucalyptus sticking out of the top makes it appear unfinished rather than intentional. The example photo showed something modern, lush, and thoughtfully styled, but what I am seeing does not reflect that same design. While I understand you used the same or similar flowers, the way they were arranged is very different, and for me, the design itself is just as important as the flower choice.

absolutely awful, had to call 3 times to fix order. 1800 flowers would do better for over $100. This was a special day for a very special customer, that orders from them all the time . Just disappointing.

Looks nothing like the photo on the website. I would have given zero starts if I could. Please correct.

This looks nothing like the picture on the website. Base and arrangement are so much smaller. This looks like something I normally pick up at Jewel. This is the first time I have ordered from Ashland Addison and have been disappointed.

Asked for color, asked for hydrangeas, I will not order again, this has been the 2nd time this has happened . 1800 flower will do a better job . Very sad to say. These flowers were goi g to a very good customer.

Not sure if I would order from you again, design looks mediocre and flowers sent yesterday were not fresh.

Anna, was out of this world 10 star fantastic!! She was patience in answering my questions and selecting and arranging the perfect flower combination based on my special needs. Yes I loved receiving a photo as most florists don't let you see what was sent. Your pricing is also outstanding for the quality and amount of flowers my wife will be receiving. Thank you I will definitely use you again and ask for Anna!

can it look more like the website photo? low in the front, lighter colored iris. not such an extreme contrast. i was just trying to make a more compact peaceful calm statement...like the website photo - please at least compare flower placement. thanks so much

Not liking the arrangement. No color it…. So much white, not sure of the pearls hanging down when I said it was for a guy.just seems the flowers are shoved in there. Not happy with what I see

I grew up in the wholesale flower business my whole life in another city. Additionally, I was taught that if you can't say anything good, don't say anything. You really don't want my detailed comments because they would be terrible.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. However I am not a florist but somehow the way they were arranged did not seem to work. Maybe it was the balloon attached, the stems were short -or the vase wasn't the right . The flowers widdled back and forth. There also was sticky tape wrapped around. I KNOW IT IS EXPENSIVEE TO SEND THIS BOUQUET SO I thought a lot before mentioning anything to my niece. This is a-first from your florist. Thank you!
