I wanted a bright summery bouquet. Orange, purple, maroon doesn't come close. Bouquet means “Vase”. What I see is an arrangement.
The process was very easy. Ordered online and delivered the next day. However the delivered item didn't look like the picture online. It looked messy and not as full as the picture online. Next time, I would rather go to a flower show and have them make it in front of me before I pay for it.
I was very disappointed in the arrangement. I ordered a horizontal arrangement described as being in a long stone vase. Somehow it morphed into a vertical arrangement in a plastic container. I am stunned that the company did not call me to tell me that what I ordered was not available and ask if there was another arrangement I would prefer instead. I had chosen something very particular for the recipient but no one ever bothered to think that it might matter to me. Don't ever order online, call and confirm that the item you want is actually available.
I was told you hadbirdsof paradise. This is pretty bland.
Those letters are way to small for the price, I'm not satisfied
I'm getting disappointed by this company. The pictures of the arrangements online are not what is sent. What is sent is actually smaller and considerably less full. Twice I've had to ask for the flowers to be redone.

These look very sad. A lot of money spent. And this is what I got? Tiny small buds. A phone call or picture prior to my pick up date would have been nice- what was the point of pre ordering? I won't be ordering from you again.
Yes! They looked exactly like I thought they would and the person I sent them to likes them very much. He is familiar with succulents and will keep them on his conference table in his office. 5 starsstars!
The amount of flowers in the picture versus the amount of flowers in the above picture are not the same!

This arrangement is not as pictured on your web site. On your web site, I count 9 peonies. On this photo, I see 6 with a majority of greens. I had planned to order another today but glad I have not.

This is not the flower bouquet that I ordered. They are beautiful. But not what I wanted or ordered.
